Glass noodle salad was delicious and full of fresh ingredients. Fried rice and pad thai and coconut drinks were very good. Warning - Spiciness level may be misunderstood. Atmosphere is a very local, roadside feel. Price point is excellent for quality.

We had a beautiful lunch here. The lady who runs this restaurant is very friendly a smiley. She gave us free iced water and a plate of grapes to munch on while she made our lunch. We had the tempura Shrimp. It was a very generous serve. 8 huge Shrimp that were so fresh and delicious and we also had the noodles. I must agree with other reviewers this restaurant is easily as good as if nor better than the over reviewed places near by.

Friendly family service, good quality and value Thai food. We had an egg pad Thai for about 70 baht. Complimentary drinking water with ice. Our spot for meals conveniently in walking distance, near our hotel.

Incredibly tasty food and a lovely owner make each visit in this place a great experience. We didn’t have to wait long for the order, prices are low, water is free, and there are mamy menu options to choose from. By far and away the best fruit shakes I’ve had in Thailand! And delicious mango sticky rice served in an original way. Definitely give it a try when visiting Koh Lanta!

Can't compliment this family run restaurant enough. Every dish we had was outstanding. Went back 3-4 times. They say that good cooks love to cook.and some make food taste magic. This lady does that - she is special and this restaurant is the real Thailand. You don't want to miss her cooking.this is the place!

I really don‘t understand the reviews. Do they know thaifood?
You wait around 45 min at least for your food. We said we want the papaya salad first - we got it at the end. But it wasn‘t good anyway. My pad thai was ok, but not more. My boyfriend got a wrong dish so he had to wait longer. We ordered all dishes spicy - not one dish was spicy. We def. Not recommend this place:/

Lovely local restaurant run by the most friendly family. If its busy, you will need to wait for your food. So just be mindful of that. The food is made fresh, and is very tasty. Highly recommend you pay them a visit & ignore the ignorant reviews below. Learn some basic thai when going to local restaurants and don't moan when food cooked from scratch by 1 person takes a while.

We discovered this little family restaurant by chance and became huge fans. We tried Tom Yam, Pad Thai, Green Curry and amazing papaya salad. Everything is made fresh by a wonderfully talented chef. If you want traditional Thai food cooked just for you, as if staying as a member of the family then give this beautiful gem a try. We went repeatedly during our stay and loved every time.

Best food we had in Thailand. Don’t miss this place! We came back multiple times. It is family owned and they are so kind and thoughtful! The food is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend stopping for a bite, or two or three! Thank you for a very memorable culinary experience!

You can’t get more local in Ko Lanta! Really good food made by a mother in her exterior kitchen. Plus it is really cheap. Fried rice is the best. We liked it so much we went each day of our trip (The cheap prices helped).

Amazing and authentic Thai food. You won’t find better Pad Thai and papaya salad in whole Lanta. Everything is prepared by owner of this restaurant and she’s an amazing and friendly woman with huge smile.
