Puteri Lanta Family Villas

Hotel is old and needs maintenance, in our room we had huge hole in the ceiling. Wifi doesn’t work. Lots of dust/spider webs, cleaning needs some improvement.
Another big problem is awful smell outside of villa, near restaurant and pool area, they have old dump nearby and it smells terrible.
Staff initially agreed to cancel our reservation, but after 1 day of waiting told us that they will not cancel because we left negative review. We left after 1 night here, it is the worst hotel we ever stayed.
Bike rental is overpriced compared to other places (Samui, Pha-ngan) and not maintained properly.

This was much fist time staying here on Koh Lanta and could not have chosen a better place to stay. We got the two bedroom villa that comes with 2 bathrooms, a comment area, and a living room. It is very spacious and clean. The service is on point. When you ask, you normally will receive it. The location is desirable as it is located, maybe a 3 minute walk to restaurants and maybe a 15-minute scooter ride from the best beaches around. I would highly recommend this spot for a calm getaway. Please note that you are on an island, so please remember there are some wildlife you will encounter. Not much, but there is still a big chance you will. Happy travels to you.

Absolutely loved this villa. Great location to the kantiang beach, 7 eleven, kantiang restaurants, quiet, super friendly and helpful staff. I will return!

Nice and charming wood thai houses but kind of worn out, The sink was broken and poorly fixed fx. A lot of noise. We got woken up by the staff (!) using the pool and being extremely noisy at 7.30 on a sunday.
There were a smell of garbage around the pool area.
Dont order food unless you can wait 45 minuts.
Nice area, a lot to do and good food nearby.

-ในห้องครัวมีจาน ช้อน หม้อ เตาย่าง เตาแก๊ส สำหรับทำอาหาร
-ห้องรับแขกมีตู้เย็น เตาปิ้งขนมปัง กาน้ำร้อน
โทรทัศน์ พัดลม ไว้ให้
- มีสระน้ำรวม สระเด็ก/สระผู้ใหญ่
-มีอาหารเช้ามาเสริฟท์ให้
***ตอนไปเป็นช่วงมรสุม ฝนตกหนัก ไฟดับ ประมาณไม่ถึง 1 ชั่วโมง อากาศไม่ร้อนมาก เปิดหน้าต่าง พอช่วยได้***

มาผ่อนคลายทั้งที ต้องมีที่สบาย คือที่ตรงนี้บ้านภูเธอรี ครบเคื่รองสำหรับสถานทีพักผ่อน

บริการดีครับ พนักงานก็น่ารัก ห้องพักก็สบาย บรรยากาศก็ผ่อนคลาย สรุปคือดีครับ
