A perfect sleeping spot for Phi Phi!
Not far from the Pier - if you need to leave there early in the morning for a trip to Maya Bay -.

The room has everything you need; comfortable bed, air conditioning, an in-room safe!

A little expensive for the quality of the services.
But in Kho phiphi so "normal", perfect location because two minutes from the port

Cheap hotel, very very well located but isolated from noise, it's incredible. We are really close to everything, even lively areas (3 minutes walk) but we hear absolutely nothing, we sleep well.
The staff is super nice, attentive, new bottles of water every day.

Only small negative point: cockroaches in the room…

Cozy room, you can smoke on the balcony. A little noisy, but tolerable. The location is ideal - everything is nearby, the room is clean, the air conditioner is new

It's a simple hotel. Very good location, not too noisy at night. The check-in was fast, and the rooms were clean.

What a blessing that we managed to cancel our stay at this hotel after seeing its rooms, the views from the windows and feeling the unfriendly atmosphere of the surroundings.we came to the island to relax, and not just sleep for a lot of money

This place was the most expensive place I stayed in. More expensive than some other 4-5 star places around the country. After I read the reviews I thought it's way better than what I got for the money. Just to compare it to many other accomodations I stayed at this place is absolutely not worth the money they ask for. It's absolutely ok but the furniture is pretty old and has many scratches. At the same time there is a list what you would have to pay for any damages. But how can they say it there is nothing new? The safe didn't work but on the same time there is a sign that the Hotel is not responsible for any loss of your stuff. More than 1500 baht a night is not what they should charge. In opposite a 5 star place in Ao Nang or Phuket is around 1000 baht at the same time.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect stay for Phi Phi! So comfortable after a long day of activities. You can even book your activities with the sweet owners, they will suggest the best options and make sure you are comfortable through and through! The hot showers are perfect as well! Definitely staying at PP Insula again. P. S. They have the cutest little grumpy cats!

Booked 2 nights and extended for one more. Everything was perfect! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and gotten cleaned every day, the bathroom had a good size with a separate shower, there was warm water at all times, free toiletries and a balcony. The location is great not too close to the party area so we had a good sleep. The host is friendly and helped us with everything. Would definitely come back.

Better on the inside than the outside, so don’t let that trouble you. Very good value for money, very friendly and kind owners. Rooms are clean and have decent AC. Perfectly located right in the middle of the island. Despite this, rooms are quieter than you would expect and you can get a decent sleep. Great value for money. Basic, but does the job if you’re not looking for luxury.

Very friendly staff, clean and decent enough furniture. In the morning the reception is "decorated" with three beautiful exotic cats.

Friendly front desk and cleaning staff! Location is great, close enough to the bars/restaurants.
The aircon in our room didn't work very well, other reviewers haven't had issues so I think it was just our room/unit.

Value for money. Great location and tidy room condition. Air conditioner was super good. I just deducted one star because their reception working hours end at 7 pm which is kind of early in the busy islands till late at night and itd be better if their matress was more comfy with soft springs (but this could be just my personal preference, fyi).

This is the worst place to stay in Phi Phi. We were beaten by bed bugs and the manager called us a liar. Avoid at all costs, this is not the place to stay if you want to enjoy the island

One of our best decisions on Ko Phi Phi was to stay at PP Insula. At first we only wanted to stay for 3 days, but we extended our stay to a whole week. The hotel fulfilled everything we wanted: A quiet place in the center of the city, close to a beach. The host and his wife are lovely. They were very helpful with any questions we had (e.g. Where to go best for something).
Last but not least: The room was cleaned perfectly fine every day.
If you are looking for a quiet place for a fair price, definitely stay here.
