Chill atmosphere. Because of location scooter is needed. Rooms and pool area were super clean! Friendly staff!

This property is located further from the beach. There was too little breakfast in the morning. Just two toast and one fried egg. Otherwise it was a cozy and quiet hotel with nice staff, laundry service, totally okay room and a nice pool.

It was a weird experience. When we arrived we were told that we will stay in a different apartment which was near the main road so we assume that they were overbooked and used the other place as a back up. We were taken there by the owner (search Lanta Manta in maps), it was a nice apartment, close to the restaurants and near the beach, but obviously we wanted to have the pool by our doorstep because the sea was full of sea lice and it was impossible to swim in it without getting stung all the time. The place we stayed in was about 20-25min walk away from the resort and we just walked there to use the pool, but for the second day we got the scooter from the resort because on the way we saw a 5-6 foot long snake so it wouldn't be nice to walk on that road in the dark. The scooter was delivered to us so that's a nice thing from them but overall it was a weird experience.

I went to that resort along with my friends, who had booked the open water course, so they could use the swimmingpool on the first trainning day. I asked the staff whether I could take a bath while they were taking the lessons, and the answer was "yes".

When leaving the resort, the owner (I believe he was the owner) asked us for 100 bat per person, as the swimmingpool was only hired for the students. He was rude and aggresive. There was no way to keep a normal conversation and make him understand that the price has to be advertised in advanced. What if he had asked 1000 bat?

Besides, there were several rats around the swimmingpool. Disgusting.
