Phu Pha Aonang Resort & Spa

We had a really big room for our 1 week stay. The view from the room is really amazing. It was always clean. The service was good.
The interior however feels pretty dated. The lighting is really dim, especially in the bathroom.
The shuttle service to the beach was not really useful for us, as it only departs 1 time in the morning at 11 am and like 4 more times during the evening.

The place is not bad, the worst thing about it is that it is far away (on foot) from the urban center of restaurants, shops and businesses, and above all, from the beach. If you rent a motorbike to get around, then there is no problem, but if you are going to go on foot, it is far. Then the place is fine, but it urgently needs renovation.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Good for relaxation and enough far from all the noise from the main street. On 20 minutes from the beach, but the resort offers shuttle bus from the resort to the beach and other way around. Only negative part is that the light in the room is poor and there is a specific smell of old wood.

I've been there for two days and so far everything is great, even better than I expected, the room is super cozy if you come as a couple I think it's super special and the facilities are great, just what we were looking for and 3 minutes from the mogollon which I prefer to be quiet.
Of course, if you don't go by motorcycle you may not have as much freedom and speed of movement, although there is a free service at certain times that takes you to and from the beach, which is 3 minutes away.

It is a very nice resort with a jungle feel and very nice rooms. The service was friendly. The walk to the center is 30 minutes. There is a shuttle to the center a few times a day at fixed times. The only negative point was that the bathroom doesn't have a window that you can open, because there were often very unpleasant smells coming from the sewage system. The resort also scored points with its beautiful view of the rocks in the background.

A bit of a walk into Krabi so got a tuck tuck everytime. But the hotel itself was really good with good service and lovely rooms

A place off the beaten path, not far from the center, very nice service, clean and atmospheric rooms. Very beautiful nature around and an atmospheric swimming pool, I recommend it

Wooden huts exactly as shown in the pictures. You feel like in the jungle. Despite the surroundings, the rooms are nice and clean and no bugs or anything like that. However, the bathroom has its own smell, not like sewage, more like incense.
The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We rented a scooter there and at the end a shuttle to the next island (Ko Lanta). Everything went smoothly.
It's about a 20-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach. There are supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs and massage offers on the main street.
I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. We had a good time.

Super nice and clean huts to sleep in. Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast is not included in the price but you can buy it in the morning.
The only downside is arranging a taxi, they offer this through the hotel and also arrange this for you. Arrange this yourself and not through the hotel! The hotel works with an unreliable company that does not keep their agreements and does not arrange follow-up transport even though this is promised.

Nice and quiet resort. Is in a beautiful location. Van drives 5x a day to the beach. We also walked a few times. Rooms could use some maintenance. But is acceptable. It also does not have 5 stars. The first day the breakfast was very extensive, but the following days it was a bit more limited because it was a bit quieter at the resort. Everything was then made to order and not buffet style. Good too. We look back on a good stay!

A beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool in a quiet part near the center. Clean, tidy rooms, only weak water pressure. Good breakfast and a very pleasant cook who cooked rice for my sick husband in the evening on request. Friendly and helpful staff. Probably one of the nicest hotels in Thailand.

You think you are living in the jungle as you are surrounded by plants and trees.
The hotel stay was definitely a unique experience and I would recommend it to everyone!
The hotel staff is very friendly and they offer a free shuttle service to the beach several times a day. But otherwise the beach can also be reached in 10 to 15 minutes.
Breakfast wasn't anything special and we didn't try dinner there. But you can also find delicious restaurants 1-2 streets away.
Hotel is a 10/10!

Charming hotel, but both the sauna and the spa were inoperative. The pool ok. The breakfast is quite expensive (200 bath/person) Although it is remote, it has a bus service that takes you to the beach area.

I loved the place, great experience and, above all, the place is charming. The only bad thing is the mosquitoes, but hey, that's in all of Krabi. Maybe they could put some rackets to kill mosquitoes with in the other hotels, otherwise it's perfect!

It was the best accommodation we had during our 3 week honeymoon. It was characterized by a beautiful environment and cleanliness. The local jungle is very cozy. We even had little live geckos on the outside wall of the house, which we loved. The pool was also clean and tidy. I can only recommend.
