We really liked the location of the hotel, quiet location but close to everything. We were quite disappointed with the room for the price, we had mold on several walls, beds (2 single beds even though we had booked a double bed) were uncomfortable, it was reasonably clean, the breakfast was good. Overall, we've had much better hotels in Thailand for the price - both in touristy and quieter areas.

Amazing perfect heaven on Phi Phi. Far away from the party beaches and partygoers. Excellent and lovely rooms, nice staff, decent breakfast. Pool is clean, the beach is quiet and feels very private. Was here in early December so experience may vary. Restaurant is close so you don't need to leave this place. Way nicer on this side of the island.

IT'S NOT WORTH WHAT IT COSTS. The rooms clearly need a remodel, not to mention the bathroom. The shower comes out without pressure and the water is warm, the roof of the shower area is open and overlooks the bungalow next door so if the neighbor is showering or relieving himself you will hear him, everything is very romantic, not to mention talk about all the bugs that can sneak in there. There are photo reviews of the bathroom from other clients. The room does not have a mosquito net, well it has a kind of strip hanging as decoration that we thought was one, but no. The air in our room came out quite well and the bed is extremely hard, although I appreciate it, I understand that there are people who may find this a problem. The outside porch is ideal but the dirty plastic tables and chairs don't really invite you to sit there. Breakfast: They don't have sweet options other than some hard yogurt pancakes and a small piece of cake. The fried eggs are made so if you wake up at 10, have the egg ready from 7. Bottled juice or colored water as you prefer to call it and They do not have any option of vegetable milk which for a resort of this category seems quite strange to me, at least one option they should have: soy, oats, almonds. At least one. The pool is phenomenal and super clean, there are always free hammocks and the hotel restaurant where we ate for two days, well, just like that, the service goes through everything so you have to get up every time you want something and the food is You can eat but nothing special. Also keep in mind that it is not only adults so you may find some screaming children in the pool. As for the location for people looking for tranquility, it is ideal, it is about 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.and at night you can't hear a single noise, if you want to be next to clubs, music and parties it might not be your place. If the room had cost me half of what I paid I could recommend it but it is excessively expensive for what I paid.offers.

10 minutes from the port. Perfect facilities. A place to relax. The restaurant is good although the waiters are a bit dry in their treatment and cheap prices. Very friendly staff, especially Bas at reception. He has solved everything for us and made our stay much easier. I don't rule out returning next year.

Very dirty hotel, the staff are rude and not friendly, I really recommend another hotel, this one is old and very poorly maintained, the bathroom was dirty and the joints are black with mold, really to be avoidedrrr

Awesome trip I stayed at Phi Phi villa for 3 nights.the resort has been renovated, privacy beachfront and swimming pool facing to the sea. Love it. The room is clean, also staffs are very helpful. I really enjoy the food.recommend to stay here

Great stay in our little villa even better than the pictures. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Perfect location less than 5 min walk to main strip. Mini mart around the corner to buy food and drinks which you can have around the pool or in your room. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room is nice, breakfast is good.
BUT. Check what you’re signing. I signed a paper written “checking out at 12: 00” but they force you to check out at 11: 00. Even if you try to show what you signed they’ll argue till you give up.
They said to call the reception for any help or whatever, so when we checked out from our stay at the third floor (no escalator) they said “go to the reception yourself”. No help, rude response.

One lady at the reception was nice though. The other one with a scarf and glasses has no patience.

Don’t get me wrong, the room was nice, but the service wasn’t the best.

Ein schönes Hotel, ruhige Lage. Die einzige Probleme waren eine schwaches Englisch des sonst sehr netten Personäls und die Bezahlung war nur vor Ort möglich.

What a stay! Wow! Love this hotel. The stff are so nice and friendly. The room was basic but the walk to the villa is beautiful. The pool was so great and it's right next to the beach. Breakfast buffet is included. Highly recommend this hotel!

We just stopped for lunch but we a little of everything required in restaurants, pool, bathroom, souvenirs vendors, jet-ski rentals but the food served by our tour was terrible

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and accomodating. Construction works currently on site, not a big distraction. 15 mins from pier. Close to nightlife to walk comfortably, far enough away for peace and quiet. Rooms very nice inside, modern. Directly across from the pier. Hotel restaurant beside the beach - food is good except for the pizza!

The place have bed bugs!
I give the 2 points only because of the staff so friendly and nice and the place itself very beautiful, but they didnt clean well there beds and they have bed bugs.

Staff here are very friendly and hospitable. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet and is located across from one of the best restaurants on the island. There is easy access to the market areas and walkways. If you plan on going in the water however be very careful and wear watershoes, the coral is very sharp and can cut your feet up.

The location is perfect. Near the tonsai Bay and very close to the Bay. Good pool. Courteous staff (as usual). Have a good restaurant with Amazing view- beach side!
Our room was just 100 metres from the beach.
Since it is build in a foresty-set up, there were lizards in the room! (Which we got rid off anyhow). A bit far from the side where there are pubs/clubs/ more happening places. But overall a good, reasonable price to stay.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff but for one-minute-late-to-breakfast lady and so many cute kitties. Bit of a hike from the pier.
