Unfortunately it's no longer what the pictures on the booking page promise. The pool is green and unusable. The bungalows next to it are completely falling apart.
The bungalow itself has air conditioning and enough space. Unfortunately, the bed linen is very dirty and there is hardly any water jet in the bathroom. This is a shame, I think the resort could do a lot more with the location and existing bungalows, but the resort is gradually falling apart.

Definitely not party vibes, but if you want a nice quiet place to spend the night after a long day on the island this is the spot to go. Staff was really nice and accommodating too.

Horrible experience, honestly if it costed like 2 or 3$ ok but for 20$ Canadian it’s a joke, the room smelled horrible, there was cockroaches and the sink was leaking directly in the shower, the bathroom was rotten, it smelled horrible and the water to it was really dirty, the staff were nice but doesn’t change the horrible stay we had, and don’t bother for the pool you don’t wanna go in there

Excellent staff, really nice rooms with air conditioning and good showers, cleaning available daily if required, the location itself is about 5 minutes walk from ton Sai Bay beach but still very close to local shops and laundry, the accommodation is up a steep hill and then steps to the rooms, I would not recommend for disabled but for fairly fit and healthy people is fine and brilliant for people that want to be away from the noise (Tonsoi Bay is pretty lively untill around 2am-3am) I would highly recommend for people that want to come to Phi Phi and be away from the 'party' area but still close to everything

Door didn’t lock from the inside, WiFi was terrible, little to no connection, the staff weren’t very accommodating and the air con took a few hours to get the room cool. There’s also ants in the bathroom.

For the price was ok. It was clean and the reception was nice and offer extra towels and water bottles, because we were with kids. The air conditioner was direct over our heads that we got sick.

A good 15-20 minute walk thats all you will need to do before reaching to this lovely resort.
The pricing are genuine the staff is super friendly.
The rooms are well built

For eating anything it’s again 15 min walk back to the market.

The manager is lovely, friendly and really kind. She helped me so much during phiphi vacation. She has 3 kittens, so cute. Before checking out she also gave me a handmade bag. One day tour booking in here is 550 baht

Located at a hilltop away from the beach. A good 15 minutes walk from the pier. The approach has a steep hill to climb. Still the place is peaceful with basic amenities. The lady who runs the place is very helpful and sweet.

Really liked this place. It's set a fair way back from the main strip and beach which means it's quieter than most places to stay in Phi Phi, but still less than 10 minutes to get down to the bars and beach. The last stretch up to the hotel is uphill, but given the heat you'll have been sweating already, so nothing lost.

With the exception for two by the pool, the rooms are up on the hillside looking down over the pool. The rooms are compact, but you get a double bed and wardrobe as well as a bathroom with a half decent shower. Aircon works well.

The lady running the place is lovely and you can get washing done at very decent prices within 24 hours. There's a shop nextdoor selling drinks, food etc which never seems to close which is also convenient (was open when we walked back from the bars at 3 in the morning).

Only slight downside is that the way the cabins are built in blocks of three means you can really hear people moving around in your block at night.

4 stars for helpful staff. Place is 20 minutes away from main activities, has not the safest stairs and needs little attention (like to fix door locks, lamps or safe.

See photos. The resort looks better in the video than in real life. There is no sea here, only a big hill that’s a pain to climb every day. The hotel is far away from everything. Our room looked previously used when we showed up, see the half drank beer, spoon etc.that greeted us. Don’t leave food in the fridge or the ants will get it. Make sure to leave the key with the front desk if you want your room cleaned, and expect a poor job of it. Room looks modern but is clearly not, there were cracks between the walls and the roof of the bathroom from which you could see the outside, which meant the room was always hot. Sheets had some red stains which were probably blood but, who knows it’s thailand.
AC was new and worked well, but was aimed away from the bed which was frustrating. Manager read only one of our three messages and when we explained to her about that + the room being a mess when we arrived she said “I’ll make it up to you, I’ll pray for you” amazing Hahahah.

Anyway, it was not the worst experience but definitely could have been better. I would just spend a bit more and stay at one of the other hotels.

+ The rooms are quite new
+ Free water in room on arrival and also when we rocked up at check in
+ Available to check in 2.5 hour early
+ Very reasonable price for Phi Phi
+ The hotel meet you at the Pier to carry your bags. We missed this but keep your eyes out.
+ Staff were friendly on check in

- The room is a pre-fab building and you could see daylight through the joins in some of the walls in our room. Not enough to bother us to ask for a new room though and didn’t notice any bug problems
- Room was not cleaned during the whole stay, so linen / toilet role was not replaced
- The hill didn’t bother us but if you’re not particularly fit, it will be a struggle and there are steps too, unless you book pool view rooom (there are 2)
- The bed sheets were very stained. The mattress was wrapped in a very thick plastic and the mattress cover had other people’s hair left over.

Over all good value for money hence the 4*, despite the down points. If we paid more, I would have been disappointed.

Great location. It's a bit of a walk and up a hill, but away from all the parties. You can't hear a lot of noise. The people were very friendly, always asking us about our day and having a quick chat. The only downside was that the pool was not usable. The sign said it was being cleaned, but the water going into the pool was still very dirty. Overall, great place and I would highly recommend it.
