Totally recommended, spacious rooms, very close to the center and a very nice private beach!

It is not what it looks like in the photos, the hotel is quite neglected. The only thing I liked was its pool.

Absolutely amazing! I was very worried about this hotel with all the bad reviews, but when I got there I had no idea what they were talking about. Yes, I guess you could say that the hotel could need some renovations, and it could be a little bit cleaner there. With this location, a beach right in front of your hotel, free sunbeds, and a pretty good room it didn’t bother me.
The aircon on the room with the views doesn’t work very well, that’s the only complaint I have. When we took contact with the reception, they gave us a big fan, and there was no problem anymore. I would definitely recommend you to stay here, but not if you’re super picky. You’re getting what you pay for, and in my opinion this is a great hotel!

We booked in advance, thought for one night, but stayed for the second. The hotel is a little away from the pier, but not far at all. Standard room, in terms of furniture, bedding and furnishings - 3+ or 4. But it doesn't matter at all, because the views from there are just fantastic! The beach is clean, with sun loungers, the water is gorgeous, turquoise. The observation decks of the island are a separate beauty. We all really enjoyed it!

By far the worst place my boyfriend and I stayed in when in Thailand. The room is nothing like advertised online, the shower head is above the toilet which therefore makes it basically unusable and makes the whole bathroom soaking as you have to point it over to a corner. We ended up checking out a day early when the staff member tried to charge us for an extra roll of toilet paper when myself and my boyfriend were both bed bound with food poisoning. When I explained this to the staff member she laughed at me and said no you must pay extra for more than one roll of toilet paper which is absolutely ridiculous. Bed is also super uncomfortable and the blanket is a thin sheet. AVOID!

These are not the photos of the hotel, but of the one next door. There is NO swimming pool, the rooms are very small, almost impossible to open our suitcases.
A CONSTANT smell of sewage in the room, the shower is above the toilet, not practical.

Fleece duvet without sheets, very unhygienic, no spare toilet paper.

A great location and very chilled vibe, the staff are friendly and happy to help. The room was a bit basic and no seal around the door which was a bit poor as mosquitos could get in at night. Cheap though and pretty much what time be expected

This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my entire stay in Thailand. Firstly, the actual room doesn't match the pictures you see online. This place is really old, run down, and outdated. I stayed here just one night, and we had 3 power outages. The original room we booked had bed bugs, so we requested a different room, and they wanted us to prove there were bed bugs by lifting up the mattress and showing them. Another thing, its a 13 minute walk from the pier, which initially isn't bad except everything around it closes around 6pm so you end up walking back to your hotel in almost pitch dark in the middle of the night. The bathroom is completely pathetic. The room where the toilet is located is super small, and you can barely close the door. My recommendation is to not stay here.

Location very good and had Great views. Get what you pay for though, very basic. Many bugs and below average shower facilities.

Stayed here 7 nights total. 1st night had to change rooms due to dirty sheets and pillows and lots of insects so told them to change my room.after changing rooms that night, it was okay.
Pros: private and away from all the busyness and privet beach and worth the money you pay
Cons: lack in property maintenance, none of the rooms have locks on there bathrooms, and breakfast is horrible,

One of the best places that you can enjoy the view love you and the beach it is highly recommended to an endisplay

I stayed here in early August 2022 and Paid 58€ for 4 nights and for any additional Night I paid 500 Baht (13,70€) in cash at the „reception“. It‘s a cheap stay, especially for two persons, still I would go somewhere Else Next Time.

4. Room on second floor has a nice View over the Harbour.

5.i had a room for two persons for me alone and found it super small
6. The bed covers are simple blankies with NO covers and I was wondering if they get washed every Time.i did not like it at all. Also the blankets were way too thin. So either you were freezing in the night or you have to lower the air condition which means it gets super humid in the room. Also the AC is Right Above the bed which is really bad for health.
7. There is no shower cabin so everytime you shower the bathroom is flooded.
8. One of the Main reasons Why I would not go here again is the location: While there is basically just one city in Phiphi the city Center lies on the other side of the bay. So I had to Walk 10-15 Minutes every Time i wanted to get something from 7/11 or stuff like that. It is literally THE hotel that is furthest away from the city and all food spots. A nice aspect about this is that it‘s More calm than living closer to the city but for me it was just too far outside.
9. When it rains it‘s super super loud in the room I guess because of the tin roof.
10. Sometimes no one is at the reception for hours and sometimes a Kid was sitting there that was super rude: D and does not Unterstand english.
11. There is no cleaning up service- once you have Sand in your room it stays there.
12.privacy: when you book a room you have a small „balcony“ attached But the balcony is the way to the other rooms so everyone can look into your room all the time (you have curtains But then it‘s super dark oc. I did not like that everyone always walked past my room and could just Look inside through the glass door.

Really poor service and poor room cleanliness.
Dirty bathroom that never got cleaned up after telling the front desk lady 3 times with previous guest razor. Our reservation got mistakenly added to someone else’s passport and they were trying to quick us out of the hotel after one night. Food, was ok. Save yourself some time and hassle and book somewhere else.

I think this place is 2nd place that I put 1 star.

Room quite old and lack of maintenance.

Bed is destoy and make hole in the middle.they put plastic inside pillow sheet.really bad.

Too small toilette and dirty shower.

Water is not going out. 5 mins come and wait more than 20 mins to come again.

I called and met reception many many times.they lets somebody come to repair more than 3-4 times but it does not work.

I asked to change room, they said gonna find new room for me.but I wait for nothing they did not change it for me. I asked for check out they cannot decision to refund my money so I cannot do anything.

Much more terrible hotel that I ever take in Thailand. If I can give less 1 star I will.

Amazing terrible place!
No water in the room.
Not only for the shower but for the toilets too!
Calling the reception 10 times, somebody comes, makes something, water is back for 2 minutes, and. Magic, it disappears again.
Bed not confortable, Toilets so tiny, you cannot even close the door when you sit (and I'm a small guy)
Decoration inside the room is a total disaster.

Great location. Don’t expect any hotel services aside from laundry but you’ll enjoy the surrounding area. There’s a nice bar in front of the hotel with a tour office you can book longtail boat from.

I thought I would be in the cool bungalows, but upon arrival I was put in the apartment behind which was disappointing. Room was fine, nothing special, questionable choice of Chelsea Football Club blankets? ! Didn’t really matter tho I guess, as I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, only for sleeping. Staff were friendly.
