Nothing fancy, just clean enough but very helpful staff and most convenient location. It's a few steps from pier which is helpful if you have a suitcase. Very quiet at night.

We chose Phi Phi Hotel for nostalgic reasons. We used to visit Koh Phi Phi since the early 90's and this hotel has been here and even survived the 2004 tsunami. The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk from Ton Sai pier and easy access to many restaurants. The area is not too loud either.
Sadly, the hotel needs some major updates. The room and its furnishings look like it was from the 90's. The room is spacious and has plenty of storage. They even have a full length mirror in the room. We stayed on the highest 5th floor, corner room. Unfortunately, we can't keep the AC on when we're not in the room, so it gets very hot and it takes a good 30 minute for the AC to cool down the room, but oh what a fabulous views of Ton Sai and Loh Dalam bay!
Be warned, the hotel has no elevator. Luckily, the staff will bring the luggage up/down for you, so tip them well, but you'll have to walk the 5-story staircase in the heat.
Regrettably, we will not return to Koh Phi Phi again. It has completely lost its island charm and good vibe. The locals are jaded by the number of visitors. The local Loh Dalam bay used to be a beautiful beach to swim in. Now, the water looks questionable with murky brown sludge floating in the bay. The corals around the island are mostly destroyed. The island is not sustainable with the amount of tourists and trash piling up. Paradise in ruins.

A classic hotel on Phi Phi Island. Anyway, the view is great. Good location near the pier. Unlike other hotels, you can't hear club music late at night. The interior is wonderful. Breakfast omelets are of a high standard. The soundproofing inside the hotel is not very good, so please be quiet at night.

Excellent location, next to the pier and a 7-minute walk to the largest beach, but 2 minutes from the smallest beach. Very cozy and clean place, breakfast very, very varied! Totally worth the price! Recommended.

Without a doubt a very good hotel. Our stay was quite good, they welcomed us even before check-in time since our ferry arrived to the island earlier, they took our luggage up and waited for us with cold juice.

We paid approximately 1150 baht for a two-bed room with a private bathroom, everything clean and very comfortable.
One of the best things is its location close to the pier, services and beaches.
The buffet breakfast is very good and varied.
The staff is really friendly.

We had a perfect stay here for a couple days. The service is great and the location too because you're right at the peer where the ferries arrive, so no need to bring your luggage anywhere far away once you arrive and you're always quick for any boat tour. Fantastic and cheap restaurants just around the corner like 'Fada' or any other restaurant in this corner.
Rich breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety. Pool is nice and the staff was always there for you in case of any problems. Fully recommend staying here!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had the best experience:) The staff was so nice and helpful, always offering to help us with our luggage, etc. The breakfast was great with a big variety. The room was a bit old but quaint and very clean. Plus it couldn’t be in a better location. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed at a marvelous hotel on an island with breathtaking views from the higher stories. The ocean, hills, and famous Ton Sai Pier were all visible, creating an unforgettable panorama. The staffs was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The building had elegant decorations, but the lack of an escalator made carrying baggage challenging. However, the helpful hotel staff quickly assisted when asked. The balcony view was simply awe-inspiring, leaving a lasting impression.

We were staying on the 5th floor, and this hotel only had stairs so it was a bit tough to up and down.
Room making was not perfect sometimes, like toilet and mirror wasn’t polished or box tissue paper was empty for 2 days, but that was not a big issue.

Overall it was good stay, the room was nicely quiet although it’s quite close to the busy area of the island.

This hotel is in an amazing location. Just behind the pier and very close to the restaurants.

Perfect locatet hotel in phiphi, the hotel is not that modern but has nice service, like 24h reception, you can give them your key so you wont loose it, breakfast is basic but totally enough, 7eleven and streetfoodmarket pretty close

It's an old 3 Star Hotel. The Service is Top, but I expected a little bit more.
The Rooms are very clean.
If you need only a Place to Sleep and you are the rest of the Day on Tour. Perfect, if not let it.

Great locations, very helpful staff and nice view from the rooms! Breakfast was also good. I totally recommend. And right next to the port and diving centers.

Location, location, location! We stayed from 9th if Jan to 12th of January. Once you get off the Ferry from tonsai pier, it's a 2 minute walk to the hotel. Service is great, we were greeted and explained about the free use of pool and gym. Beach towels can be borrowed from reception for free. What's even better is that if you need laundry service, there's one right opposite reception

We stayed on level 5, the room had a queen size bed which was nice and firm and air-con that worked well.

Excellent location and a short walk from the ferry. Very nice staff especially the bellhops.
I highly recommend the room 501 or 502. Excellent views of the north bay from there

Location is amazing, right by pier and not a noisy spot. 7/11 across street. Very very clean place, washrooms by pool are super clean, rooms get cleaned everyday, new towels etc.give you beach towels as well. Great staff and comfy beds, big room, good shower and sink. Very affordable and great view if you are sea facing.

Air condition suck, room is old north korean style, they give you only one key and no guests allowed in the room. The location is good but if i could book again i would choose another hotel.

Location is 2 minutes from the pier and centrally located to restaurants etc.staff are amazing!
A/C works great and always hot water.
If your older and have difficulty with stairs you may want to request a lower hotel room as their is no elevator. The young man that works the front is extremely helpful and will accommodate you with your luggage. Very close to the beach and the pool is wonderful! Would definitely stay again! Janine from Canada
