Phi Phi Green House

The floor wasn't cleaned at all. No bag drop service.
Bed hard. The best advantage is that it has an ocean view and a bar on the first floor.

Beautiful beach bar where you can smoke. Authentic relaxation. The rooms have a nice sea view. Prices are a little high (maybe because we are beachfront). The spring rolls are very good as are the smoothies and cocktails.

The rooms were very clean (for a beach hostel) and the staff super friendly - for a reasonable price.
I got a water when I arrived there and some i.between when I asked for it.

Perfect stay at Phi Phi Green House. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary. The location was perfect as you can walk directly from Loh Dalum Beach (it’s right at the end).

It can get loud at night because of the beach clubs, but it’s located far enough to make it bearable.

We really enjoyed the platform facing the sea at sunset!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the main pier, Rooms were clean, had a nice area to lounge, they did offer some drinks and bar food on their menu.
This beach is the other beach, not the main one you arrive at
Walking around PhiPhi is easy, path that seems to go on for KM's, there is a beach bar about mid beach which does play music into the night, if you are a light sleeper a set of earplugs may be in order. ' There a a few viewpoints on the island that are a must, This beach has 2 Ebb tides and 2 Flow tides per day, and almost empties the bay entirely

Rooms are ok.

The location is just brilliant. On the arrival to phi phi the location felt little off and far away.

But then realised the best is the location. The beach is the most happening in phi phi

Rooms r quiet small and just serves the purpose.

There are also some hostels nearby if you want to explore them and ok with shared bathrooms

We had a comfy bed, hot water with great water pressure, and an AC that worked really well - this place is a hidden gem! The family that runs the place is so kind and helpful. They set us up with a private snorkeling boat trip for a day trip, and it was a better deal than anywhere we could find in town. The lounge is awesome. We had our morning coffee there with its breathtaking view. Our room was clean (no bugs), they offer daily cleaning with complimentary water and TP. The place is very secure, I felt safe every night. The guys at the tattoo shop around the corner were super nice as well, so don't let the walk to the hotel scare you. Yes, there is noise from the bars nearby at night, I just played some white noise/rain sounds on my phone and slept really well every night we were there. We'll definitely stay here again!

My best friend and I spent 2 weeks in Thailand between Pattaya to Bangkok to Chiang Mai down to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi and other islands, we stayed in multiple hotels, always booking 2 rooms so we were able to compare between rooms as well! What really sold us here was the view! Great value for the money! See pic

Regarding what else you have there, very cheap hostel with no options or big resort all-inc, it's a good balance with good confort.

Nice place! Clean room with balcony, climatisation, sea view, not far from fire shows, music and bars. The service was extraordinary, fresh water every day and despite our capabilities to speak Thai the Team was able to help us and answer all of our questions.

Amazing location, walk right out onto the beach. Beach view from the rooms. Like a dream. Fully working strong Aircon.

Bathrooms are more like dark/damp wetrooms, not my favourite, but not the worst. The room wasn't the cleanest, just needed a but of polishing and extra care. The safe in our room didn't function. Security cameras existed, but there was loose wiring all over the place, and strangers walking very close past the rooms, so don't expect too much privacy on the lower floors.

A few friendly geckos and creepy crawlies as expected in this beach facing part of Phiphi. When I was there, the hotel was under construction, so a lot of noise during the day. But I see that as a good sign of improvement.

Service is very friendly. Laundry down the road. No frills, no breakfast.

I checked out after 1 night as I was more looking for a resort rather than a guesthouse type of place. But that is just me.

Very cheap for PhiPhi and the location is unbeatable on the beach. All things considered, 4/5 to this place. Doesn't deserve the amount of 1* reviews, not sure what people are expecting from a beach front guesthouse on a party island. The nightclub seems to be closed, so there isn't a huge amount of sound at night.

They treated us very badly from the beginning, almost violently. They didn't give us bottles of water, wifi and it took us a long time to help us. After half an hour of entering we changed rooms to one without windows.
Very rude the employee.
The place is dirty, it is half built, it has no security.

Just no! Far from everything in town. Worst looking beach, area was all construction and trash. Rooms are horrible. We checked In, looked and the room and checked out to find a better hotel, which we did.

If you're going to Phi Phi Green house has a great location central in Phi Phi to everything you could possibly want to do. Don't expect the most luxurious amenities but do expect to save a ton of money by staring here

I would not suggest here! It was extremely damp inside of the room and We found dead bed bugs (luckily not alive) though others have not been so lucky here. I fell asleep on top of the covers and woke up and tried to get under to find that it was damp in there but not on top of the comforter. I was too tired to inspect but decided to sleep on top and in the morning found that it was URINE! The bed was made and everything so I presume that the sheets were never changed from the last tenant? Anywho, it is extremely dirty inside and outside. There are no issues with the employees, they are very nice. This purely has to do with cleanliness. If this isn't a big problem for you and you like to party until 1/2am, then this is an easy option for you, but otherwise I would look elsewhere lol

No one told us there was a night club above our hotel. Staff refused to turn music down although no one was in the club. Then at 1am hundreds of people entered the club causing us to have half an hours sleep. Great if you want to party not to relax.
