The team is super pleasant and attentive, the owner is super pleasant and friendly, the rooms are large and spacious for a very affordable price.
And as a bonus, the hotel is located at the foot of the stairs that lead to the view point.
If that's not all wonderful.

Super little family guest house with a warm welcome (and in French!) from Nathalie and her husband Add.
The rooms are spacious and clean, all at an unbeatable price. The location of the guest house is perfect, at the foot of the view point steps, very close to the beaches and the entertainment, while being far enough away not to be disturbed by the music from the bars. There is also a small travel agency on the ground floor where we booked our boat tickets as well as an excursion. Teing and Kung are adorable and gave us very good advice! We will definitely come back during our next stay in Koh Phi Phi! See you soon!

Localisation is great, staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms were more than enough for our short stay there. I forgot my swim shorts from the hostel and came back to Phuket, I asked the staff if they found them and they proposed straight away that they are going to ship them back to me on the next ferry from Phi Phi. I just get them the next day in the morning, I am very happy to have them back and really appreciate help from the hostel. They are just great, especially lady at the reception! Guesthouse in the heart of phi phi 5 minutes from Tonsai port with all amenities around, mini mart, massage parlor, 1 step from the departure for the superb view point.the rooms are extremely clean, well decorated, the bedding top
Fan or air con option (not noisy, very appreciable)
Breakfast just below the guesthouse with super good coffee:)
The staff is very responsive and gives very good advice on koh pp they will help you have a great stay, there is also the Maya tours and Travel Group agency, same management as the guesthouse located below which offers you a ticketing service, transfer, boat tours around phi phi very competitive prices and very professional.
I didn't need to run around the island, I had everything within reach and it's just perfect when you're on vacation.
I'll be back.

When we booked this place for 3 nights I didn’t had any expectations. I just wondered how many positive reviews this place have in comparison with others.
And now I can confirm by myself: this place is a very good combination of quality and price.
Location: very calm and located just at the beginning of View point route. Very close to all attractions, but far from loud music. I have very sensitive sleep and we go to bed at 9 pm, so very early for party Island. Nothing were disturbing my sensitive sleep, that was a nice surprise!
Room is very clean, have hot shower. Have nice shared balcony outside the rooms for smokers, coffe downstairs. And very calm and friendly staff and owner. Good vibes.

We had room without aircon. But you will have it inside anyway, just loocked.
If you will take room without aircon and feel too hot, you can just pay extra 150 bht/day to have it unlocked. We didn’t use it, as we experienced Thailand travellers, and fan is enought. But it is a nice option: you do not need to change the room to have aircon if you changed your mind.
We will came back definitely, thank you a lot!

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr ruhig. Einfache Zimmer und Ausstattung, nette Rezeptionistin.

Hotel is in the centrum, location is perfect. Room was good with fan and A/C, for me it's for only short trip, max. 2 nights. The bathroom was too small, the shower is just above the toilet, not separetly area. But this is the quality for low price.

I stayed there in May 2018 by booking via Fb messenger. The location is very near the viewpoint and the air con room was quite cheaper when compared to the others in the famous island. But the room was just quite small, no views to see and you needed to walk a bit from the pier. Want to visit the island again soon.

'Ms. Tang' Staff at Phi Phi Dream is very accommodated. She is very kind.
The guesthouse is at the starting point of climbing up to View Point. The Twin Fan room that I stayed is a bit small, but not so bad.
Scenery can't be seen from the room as it's covered by partition board, so ventilation is not so good accordingly. Bathroom is narrow. This is weak point.

Good location. Not far away from bars and restaurants and at the same time you won't hear the noise. Clean rooms. Mattresses are wrapped in plastic. The bad thing is that there's a bad smell from outside. Sometimes it's smell very strong so you don't want to stay in the room.

Great value for money, and not too close to the nightlife. We managed to get some sleep here! And the staff were lovely!

The best thing about the hostel is the price. To be honest its not a great accommodation but its sufficient for a night. Rooms are pretty old and smelly. The bathroom is not great and the AC is very very loud.
But Phi Phi is fairly expensive so its okayish.

For this price its great. We didn't have good view but had everything you need for comfortable stay. The room is comfortable, with tv. They clean not on request but every two days. Only barhroom is small so its really not comfortable to have shower. The girl on reception is wonderful, smiling and helpful. Also you can book here tickets, tours or have cheap and nice breakfast. The guesthouse is not on the beach but Phi Phi is island) everything is near everything.

Nice place to stay, near to everything you are looking for, not because of its location but because Phi Phi Island is small and you can cover whole island on your legs. Just to let you know what we faced, we were checking out early morning and there were no one available at reception. So ensure you update them in advance your plans. Overall nice place to stay clean and cheap.

The rooms are hot and small. The bathroom stinks, is tiny (not much place for a shower) and dirty.
Be careful, I was scammed. I came to the place walking to see the rooms. I was shown a different room from the one I was given - with a better bathroom.

Ok.a but pricy for what in actually get. The staff were helpful and pleasant but there seemed to be lots of rules and fines in place for breaking them. Not somewhere where you can really relax

The bathroom is way too small and the room is not big either but it's all right and pretty cheap.
The rooms in the front have a balcony but are noisy and the shower head's hanging angle can't be adjusted. So I recommend taking a back room.

Friendly host. Basic amenities but good low budget. Clean bed.
Noise at night from 'music' clubs.but that's just a common fact on the island.
