Peaceful Resort

Neat clean rooms and very friendly staff. A short walk to the beach (4 minutes) and also a nice private swimming pool.

Do not use there motorbike rental service! You will be given run down bikes that have had zero maintenance and when challenged they will hold your passport prisoner until you pay in full, even though you couldn't use the bike due to safety concerns. Also my partner was savaged by bed bugs here.

To elaborate to the bike situation, one thing I found extremely disappointing is the hotel should be looking out for you but this is not what happened. When I approached them with the issue (the rear shock had failed completely so you felt like you were on a trampoline) she put me on the phone with the company they use, and it very quickly turned into a two against one situation with them threatening to give my passport to immigration. We reported the issue straight after using so all in all we had used it for the best part of 2 hours tops and they insisted on full payment. Shameful!

Terrible hotel. The air conditioning is so dirty, when you report this to the staff, they first come up with the excuse that it is not true. Then with evidence that half of the people who stayed there had gotten sick. Still no action. Left this hotel earlier but had to pay.

Owner hangs up when you call and speak to him. We just wanted an apology and what a shame but the attitude of the staff is really disgusting!

แอร์ในห้องได้ยินเสียงดังต้องปิดก่อนสักพักแล้วเปิดใหม่ และมีน้ำแข็งตกลงมามันรบกวนเวลานอนของฉัน ห้องพักตอนเข้าพักครั้งแรกไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีคราบกาแฟหกและเหนียว ผ้าห่มและผ้าปูเตียง มีความชื้นเหมือนไม่แห้งและมีความรู้สึกเหนียวๆ ตอนเข้าเช็คอินต้องรอกว่าจะได้เข้าทั้งๆที่จองห้องแล้ว (จ่ายมัดจำไปแล้ว) แต่ดันได้ห้องไม่ครบ (ส่วนนี้พนักงานได้ชดห้องให้แล้วแต่สีหน้าตอนที่เจรจา ไม่ค่อยน่ารักเท่าไหร่, ห้องกว้างดีนะคะ สงบดี แต่ไม่คิดจะมาอีก

Great Affordable place to stay. Lovely room, staff and pool. Did not try the restaurant as there are so many great options close by. The shower head bracket was broken and the towel bar was missing but not other ‘problems. ’ A local restaurant owner told us that Peaceful Resort was the most busy during covid and after as it seems to have the best price point.

Einfache aber sehr saubere anlage mit pool, zimmer mit klima, tv, kühlschrank, safe - hier hat man alles was man braucht, ca 5 min zum strand zu fuss und vor dem resort gibt es einige gute restaurants

Shower was not working, bathroom had a lot of mold in it. Other than that, clean and friendly service. Breakfast is ok but portions are a bit small.
Beach walk takes around 3-5min but has no shadow places. Pool is okay.
All in all a decent hotel but nothing special.

Just left here it's a lovely clean small hotel maybe a little out of town about 5klm but 5 minutes walk to long beach and good value for money.

I have spent 15 days at this laid back, friendly hotel. Very peaceful, nice pool to chill around. Rooms are fine. The massive highlight of the stay was using the massage services. Noppadol is a magician. I have suffered with severe back and shoulder pain for many many years. After 8 acupressure sessions, I cannot believe how much better I feel, cannot praise the gentleman enough. Highly recommended. Till next time

Our experience was amazing, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The ladies at the front desk helped us out so much. I absolutely fell in love with koh lanta and would love to have stayed much longer. The laid back atmosphere, some great food and the beach nearby was amazing. We rented a scooter from the resort and explored much of koh lanta stopping for lunches in different spots. This was in 2019 and I hope it hasn't changed as I would love to return for a longer stay.

I didn't stay here but wanted to write a review about the massage place, which is part of the hotel. The masseur named Nappodol (I hope I am not misspelling his name) is fantastic! He does accu pressure massage, which is different than thai massage but amazing for back pain and shoulder/neck pain. I got two sessions from him and would have gone for more if I had stayed longer in Koh Lanta. Very reasonably priced and my back, neck, shoulder felt a lot better after each session. If you have any pain from long flight or minivan ride to the island, this is the place to be. Highly recommend it!

Lived here with my girlfriend for one week, we tried our best to find something negative to say about this place but we couldn't really find any.

The staff is super sweet and friendly, food/breakfast is amazing and location is great!

It's close to the beach with a nice café in the way that makes great coffee.

Close by its restaurants and minimarkets.

Great location, just off the beach. Clean rooms and lovely pool area with extremely help staff to help your trips, onward passage or just sorting your washing out. We loved feel of the place and spotless room.

Spent four days here. Nice ladies working there. Room and pool very clean. 4 minute walk to beach. Some restaurants nearby. Reliable internet. Would book again for a good value option near Long Beach.

Great pool.close also to beach.good small daytime restaurant on way to beach.hope I can hire scooter direct from them next time.lanta if to survive on tourist needs some sort of public transport up and down main beaches.it is what most people disliked as they were overcharged by motorbike taxi's

The room have a nice size but unfortunately the room was super dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, with a lot of hairs around the shower. The breakfast was not really good. Eggs and coffe, and we prefered don't finish it. During the breakfast, outside animal were on the table so it was a super bad experience. Our idea was be there for 5 days but we talked with booking and prefered to cancel and pay one night and just leaves.
We came in low season and we felt like a ghost hotel.

Would definitely come back here. Lovely people, good location. The lady helped us out with everything, trips, moped, laundry, taxi to Krabi. We were upgraded and extended our stay 3 more extra nights
