This is the worst tour we have been on ever.

Originaly we booked with Lanta Gardenhill Speedboat, but somehow we were transferred to Patessia for our 4 islands tour.

The speedboat was full with 30 people aboard. This was low season. We went to a rock next to Koh Ngai (not the island Koh Ngai) for snorkeling. There were at least 10 other boats there. The reef was located too deep to really see anything at this location and visibility was poor. We skipped the second rock next to the island Koh Chuek (they were not planning to take us to this island either), because there were too many other boats and went straight to the boring reef next to Koh Kradan. Here visibility was also bad because of the boats around. Only brown hard coral with a lot of sand on it.

Koh Kradan was impossible to enjoy because of all the boats and tourists there. We could not even see the beach. We swam near the toilets because it was the most quiet. Lunch was served cold and you had to eat it standing up or sitting down on the path.

Going to Koh Muk was the most surprising. We had to swim a long way to reach a hidden laguna with the most tourists we have ever seen crammed together into a small cave. Hordes of tourists are led with a line from their boat through the cave. There were big boats, speedboats and longtails together there. Way too many people for the location. Again this was in May, Low season!

Tourguides barely communicated with us during the trip. Did not say anything about the planning or about the water available. Did not say anything about the surrounding area. Why bother with a guide?

Take a ferry to Koh Ngai or other for snorkeling in stead of going here and wasting your time.

Not sure why some of the reviews are so negative. We had a great experience doing the phi phi tour. We did 2 snorkelling stops which were amazing, lunch on bamboo Island was delicious and the staff were helpful and professional.

We did the 4 islands tour. The organisation was great. Pick up and departure on time. Stops were good, in beautiful places for snorkeling with few people. Buffet lunch was good and staff was really nice.

Do NOT use this company. Ferry to Phi Phi was fine but return ferry did NOT have any life jackets, ring bouys or any other visible safety equipment. We did ask staff and they confirmed nothing on board. We contacted the main office but they didn't appear to concerned.

Went on a day tour with them which was an optional activity through our G Adventures trip. The speedboat was large, with benches down both sides, with about 36 in total - a full boat. The first stop, Koh Haa, was maybe 45min out. Good visibility, some nice coral and fish (and a Nemo) ; maybe 35min in the water and we headed off again for about 40min to Koh Rok national forest park to drop food before going 5min away for snorkelling - better visibility, more fish (more Nemos!) and more coral. Back to the park for a delish lunch of rice, curry, veg, chicken, fruit - well done. Softdrinks and cold drinking water on tap. The park itself is gorgeous with white sand, swings, monitor lizards, washrooms and lifeguards - enjoyed our 1.5hr here. Short journey to another Koh Rok spot for the best snorkelling of the day. Another 45min or so back to the pier, drop off at the hotel. Great day!

We had an awful experience with this tour. There is no attention to customer service by the staff, unless you are a Chinese speaker. We were told nothing, and the boat lost function of one of its engines but We decided to keep going. We traveled down Koh Lanta to pick up more people and the boat motor broke down. The staff were unable to fix the motor at first because they were only equipped with a wrench, not a screwdriver. They had us unload onto a hot beach with no shade and nothing to do for over an hour. First the crew tried to fix the motor themselves but being boat people ourselves we could tell that the crew didn't know what they were doing. They finally waited for delivery of jumper cables and equipment to get the boat motor fixed. We lost time to snorkel at Koh Rok during decent weather. Once we finally reached Koh Rok we were told we only had 30 minutes to snorkel (was supposed to be 40 minute snorkel sessions for each of the three stops.) The trip was cut short afterwards due to a storm blowing in. No care was given, but we were told we would be getting a refund due to lost time due to their equipment malfunction and because the trip was cut short due to a storm We paid 1600 baht for a 30 minute snorkel trip? We were not refunded our trip cost. We were told by our hotel operator, who makes a commission on booking the trip, that we would only receive a 100 baht discount. I would avoid this company if I were you. We lost a whole day of our vacation due to this company and lost out on the chance to snorkel. They claim they provide English speaking guides but there was only one of the staff that knew a few words of English. The Chinese tourists were given long explanations of what was happening during the trip, we were not given more than a word or two after we begged to know was going on. We learned some Thai language for our trip to manage simple transactions, but we specifically booked our tour for an English speaking guide, and were not given what was promised.

Went on 4 Island Tour with swimming through Emerald Cave with helpful and nice tour guides. Lunch with Chicken on beach and generally no long waiting, but spots are rather crowded from other tours.

We tried the 1100BHT tour to Koh Rok; we weren’t told we would have lost 1 hour in picking up and dropping off people in 4 further stops. Masks are old and unfit (defective for several people) and no fins are provides. Price was okay (1100) but considering the range 11am-2pm it’s too much. Last but not least, we were crammed in the boat; spacious indeed but we were easily 50/60 people.

Well if you want to wait for your transfer more than 40minutes, then you can choose this travel agency.
When I tried to call with the agency to complain, he said what do you want before say sorry! Then I just gave up to say any words cuz this agency does not have common sense.
