PARADISE PEARL BUNGALOWS

We chose it only because of the location. But we were surprised by the service and the rooms. We read that everything died there, but no. The room with jacuzzis was for 4* standards. The bed and linen are luxurious. Nearby is a swimming pool. The views are beautiful. Kayak trips around the beautiful rocks are unforgettable. Low tides spoil the views and the beach, but this didn’t bother us at all; we went swimming in a kayak.
There is also a street with shops and restaurants - this is also only a plus for this heavenly place.

Those who take you to the hotel in those boats are very boring and rude, they did not help at all, and you have to go up and down with metal ladders that hang next to you and jump into the water and between us receive the luggage without help and we are already third age.
The waitress at the restaurant always made a bad face, they barely understood English, they ended up charging us for something we didn't order.
Very good breakfast, clean and good size rooms.
They are the most boring and unfriendly people of all the places we visited in Thailand.

Beautiful place, it is on the beach, which in my opinion is the most beautiful in Phi Phi, a very quiet place, with all the amenities.
The restaurant is very good and not expensive, it has a minimarket that has everything.
Breakfast, on the other hand, has many options and everything is very delicious.
The rooms, although not renovated, are very clean and are very in keeping with the environment. I was very surprised by this place. I recommend it 100%.

The location is perfect, on my favorite beach of the island. You walk a few meters from your bungalow and you're on the beach.

The rooms are super good, spacious. The only down here is that they a bit dark, and the AC doesn't work that well. But it's quiet, you won't be disturbed.

Big downside for the service.the room are not well cleaned. I'm allergic to dust and i had to dust the furniture myself.

The food at the hotel restaurant is disgusting.

Super nice Bungalow hotel on Long Beach. The hotel is located on the waterfront in the calm of the center of Koh Phi Phi.it is only 3 minutes by taxi boat (100BHT/pax) from the city center. Ideal hotel to be quiet in the evening and avoid the noise of the festivities in the city center. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a mini Mart if necessary.you can also have a massage. This is the ideal place if you are with children.the hotel does not have a swimming pool.the bungalows are very clean and air-conditioned.they all have an outdoor space. Perfect for families and if you want to stay in a quiet place.

Located in long beach far away from phi phi town. The beach is very clean and beautiful. The hotel property is well maintained. The rooms are fine with a great view of the ocean.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of May. The beach, and the restaurant were the two highlights for us. The beach is beautiful white sand, it does drop off fairly quickly so you can’t wade out too far before you are swimming. Still my wife and I loved bobbing in the water and relaxing watching the waves roll in with the beautiful view.

The restaurant was also quite tasty and did not make our weak western stomaches upset at all.

As far as the grounds of the hotel, it is quite beautiful and well kept. The beach was cleaned up daily by the staff. We walked to the nearby resorts and the beaches were dirty with trash and beach wood.

There were two things about this hotel we did not enjoy. First being the rooms.
- the room was hot when we arrived and took until midnight to finally cool down. This was a result of weak AC
- the lighting was awful and hard to see at night especially in the bathroom
- the furniture is very outdated and very dark which made the room feel even more dark
- the toilet barely flushed down #1
- there were no rugs in the room just 2 cheap bathroom towels so it’s easy to slip on the tile
- the plugs were a dated 2 prong style instead of the typical 3 prong in all our other hotels
- the shower head was cheap and sprayed sideways

Almost all of this is due to the rooms being old and outdated. They are in desperate need of remodeling.

We also felt like the staff was annoyed with us being there. We were not welcomed when we walked in just asked for our passports and then hastily showed to our rooms. The restaurant workers were prompt, but not very friendly. As other people have described the staff is professional but not friendly.

Overall, the beach saves this place. We did not feel relaxed in our rooms based on all the issues, but we didn’t enjoy the beach and restaurant food. I do hope they update the rooms and train the staff on basic customer service.

The best stay I had in Thailand but quite frankly also the most expensive one. The Bungalows are directly at the beach, they are very private. In the morning there is a Team of at least 6 people cleaning your room. The food at the Restaurant is not included!

Love this hotel, fantastic view from our balcony, right on the beach. Staff were fantastic, food awesome. This is amazing value. Lost one star because cleaning was a little too swift. Don’t misunderstand, it’s perfectly clean, clean bedding and towels every day, but cleaning would be over in 5 mins so small things like bathroom mirrors have smear and sink occasionally still had toothpaste. If they fix that it would be 5 star

Massage next to paradise pier bungalow is amazing. If you want really strong pressure, ask for Nana. She can apply on request strong pressure that I was in another dimension from pleasure and good pain:) who likes a strong pressure will appreciate:)

Receptionist people could be more polite and more helpful. My battery died and there was no where I could buy a charger on the long beach. I asked receptionist for charger and they refused, despite I rented bungalow from hotel. When I asked was desperate and insisted that they must have iPhone charger, they gave me to use their charger for little bit so I left my phone with them to charge. My fault that I forgot my charger but why lying you have no charger when you have. You know there is no charger to buy on the entire beach. So please be a bit helpful for those who forgot.
In terms of room, you won’t get shampoo and conditioner and shower gel as you would expect in most hotels. Instead there are 2 big bottles with something, without any writing on it, so you don’t know if it is shampoo or shower gel or conditioner.
Another moment - there is no proper duvet cover. You will have a blanket In between on two sheets, it is not proper duvet cover and blanket will stick out when you go to bed. Hate when hotel can’t invest in a nice bedding.

Lovely and neat place. We had Family beachfront bungalow which was just few steps away from the beach and as that perfect for my todler

A beautiful setup on long beach, the calmer side of phi phi. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable (except for the pillows on the first night. The property has everything you need within walking distance, a mini mart, a restaurant with fairly good food and the several categories of rooms. The beach is right in front of the bungalows, very convenient. Giving it 4 stars for the incompetent service at the restaurant and the reception. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Eine der besseren Bungalowanlagen am Long Beach, schöne idyllische Umgebung, sehr guter Strandabschnitt, das Meer ist wie ein grosser blau-türkiser Swimmingpool, auch bei Ebbe kann man noch problemlos und sicher Schwimmen. Es gibt aber fast kein Schatten am Strand und die Hotel Liegestühle sind eher etwas unbequem. Generell ist man am Long Beach den ganzen Tag dem Gedröhne der Boote ausgesetzt, wenn Sie Ruhe suchen, dann müssen Sie woanders hin.

Unser Zimmer war nähe dem Strand mit seitlichem Blick auf das Meer mit Koh Phi Phi Leh, sehr schön. Die Terrasse haben wir nicht wirklich benutzt, da kein Schatten und keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden, und daher eigentlich viel zu heiss.

Die Bungalows sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand, die Betten sind hart, es geht aber gerade noch so.und es gibt alles was ein Tourist so braucht wie: Kühlschrank, Föhn, Safetybox, Duschgel und Shampoo, TV und Internet, die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, warme gute Dusche, usw. Ablageflächen sind genügend vorhanden und die Aircon ist neueren Datums, sehr leise und funktioniert gut und lässt sich leicht regulieren. Das Bad ist etwas klein und düster, aber funktional. Steckdosen sind knapp bemessen.

Das Personal ist aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr geschmeckt, wirklich sehr lecker, besonders die täglich wechselnden Thaigerichte, es gibt eine Eierstation und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas vorhanden. Auch das Essen im Beach Restaurant war sehr lecker, die Preise sind erschwinglich.

Sie werden am Pier in Phi Phi Town abgeholt und beim Checkout auch wieder hingebracht, der Transfer ist im Zimmerpreis inklusive. Zu Fuss in die Stadt ist einfach und dauert etwa 30 Minuten. Das Taxiboot kostet 100 Baht pro Person und Weg.

Sie können im Hotel auch ein Longtailboot chartern für Ausflüge: zB nach Phi Phi Leh, 1500 Baht, der Eintritt zur Maya Bay beträgt für Thais günstige 40 Baht, allerdings für Touristen horrende 400 Baht.allerdings ist die Maya Bay schon sehr traumhaft und der Besuch lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Die Ankunft zur Maya Bay ist aber apokalyptisch mit hunderten wenn nicht tausenden von Touristen auf engstem Raum.

Insgesamt ist das Paradies Pearl sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen.

The resort is located at Koh Phi Phi Long Beach. The view from the resort was amazing, to me it's like a paradise. It's 5-10mins away from Tonsai Koh Phi Phi pier (by longtail boat). It's good for people who want to relax and away from the noise. Suitable for families, couples and elderly.

Ich fand es einfach traumhaft dort. Strand direkt vor der Tür ruhig und sauber, Personal alle super nett und freundlich, sie waren immer hilfsbereit. Restaurant war auch super ich fand das Essen sehr lecker:).
Wenn man dort ist, sieht es einfach besser aus als erwartet. ️

This place was absolutely gorgeous, the beach was never crowded and we could use anytime the sun loungers. The restaurant has interesting food options, european cuisine and thai traditional dishes, very cheap prices and nice waiters. If you are from Spain like me, better get used to have dinner before 20: 30, otherwise you won’t since it closes the kitchen.

Room was comfy and spaceous. The only detail I didn’t like was the bathroom, very dark and no plugs.

You can only get to the hotel with a taxi boat or walking through a hard path in the jungle, so I wouldn’t reccommed it for people who doesn’t like the adventure because is not very convenient. The good point is that is far (30min walk) from the main village so it’s calm around. You may find wild animals like monkeys or big lizards:)

Beautiful bungalows on a stunning beach Friendly staff, the restaurant is excellent and right on the beach. Hotel offers free transfers to Tonsai or it is an enjoyable 30 minute walk

5 stars for the food - esp item 168 (?) called “three sauce fish. ” It was so good we ordered a second one! Just be sure to ask for “no sugar” bc we forgot with the second one and well it was sweeter and less crunchy. All in all the best meal we had in the krabi/phi phi all week!

Great value and very quiet beach at end of long beach so little traffic. Service could be better. Would come again
