Palm Paradise Resort

The rooms' furnishings are not as on the agoda photo page, unfortunately, but I think it's a good hotel anyway

Bungalows need refreshing specially the bathrooms, very quiet in the garden. Nice swimming pool, long chairs needs new cushions, hotel a good walk to the beach

Horrible reception, barely speaking any English but also not as helpful. But the worst thing is being this much and being woken up at 9am on your holidays. People were cutting the trees right outside while we were sleeping. Half hour in our door was knocked and about to be open by the cleaning ladies. Like what is going on how is this place running?

แต่สุดท้ายก็ได้อาหารแบบค่อนข้างรอนานหน่อย เครื่องจะมาพักที่นี่ทำใจนะครับน่าจะโดนพิษเศรษฐกิจโรงแรมก็เลยไม่ได้ FULL option

Extremely unpleasant reception staff (lady with ijab) it is clear that we are disturbing and that we are not welcome. The lady prefers to watch her series than serve customers. Dirty and dilapidated room, the door barely closes. The wifi doesn't work, a musty smell, the room hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Dirty bathroom full of mouse droppings. Basic breakfast, the staff is almost aggressive during service when you don't understand what they are asking. The scooter rental service is not part of the hotel and the lady is as unpleasant as the receptionist. To avoid absolutely there are much better around.

Great staff, always doing your the best! Giant pool, big room, big bed and big bathroom. Shower water strong. Lot of nature, birds, squirrels, trees and landscaping perfect! I loved the balcony, almost the same size of the room. More one plus: all - vilas roms - on style “Googie architecture”, like at TV show “The Jetsons”. So nice!

Terrible service especially receptionist (Ijab lady) not smile, not welcome the guests at all. The room smelled so rotten. I’m sure they didn’t clean it well. I got a room 106 at first then the AC went off accidentally. It was so uncool. Luckily one make staff helped me move to another room which is cleaner and better. I don’t understand why she gave me that dirty room. I would strong not recommend to stay here. Go somewhere with a nice service and cleannnn

Love the view of the swimming pool. Yes they have a buffet for breakfast, but on demand they prepared veg breakfast for us and that was delicious (fried rice, watermelon, dragon fruit). Yes some of the receptionists do not know how to speak in English, but that's okay. They had shown their respect to the customer each and every time. I totally loved it. Highly recommended this resort.

สระว่ายน้ำสกปรกมากๆ เดินเข้ามาในห้องมีแต่ทรายเต็มไปหมดบนพื้น ปลักไฟบางที่ก็ใช้ไม่ได้ ในรูปลงแบบหรูหรามาก แต่พอมาพักจริงๆสภาพคือเก่ามากๆ แอร์ก็เสียงดัง วายฟายก็ใช่ไม่ได้ รวมๆคือมันแย่มาก พนักงานก็พูดจาแย่ (หน้าฟร้อน)

There was a mouse in our room and the room was not clean at all. The swimming pool was also disgusting.

A very run down, with dirty surrounding and the construction on the site, not sure how this 3 stars have been given…we were asked to pay additionally for the bedding for our child even if though the price supposed to include the charge for the kids. Not recommend: (

Staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, great room gave us plates dishes untensils so we could have meals in our room, helped a lot with internet problems, would stay here again.

Where do I start!
Negatives:
The bangalow is old, and is falling apart. The first thing when you walk in is the musty smell, the room is not clean, spider's webs everywhere, stained floors, moles in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, ants on the bed, the front door doesn't close properly, cold breakfast, the fridge still had some jam stain from the previous clients, had to call them to clean the fridge. I am glad that we only stayed one night. NEVER AGAIN!
Positive:
Nice swimming pool and garden area

Very welcoming, nice big rooms.
Breakfast was pretty expensive for what we got and coffee was not nice

Nice place to visit but a little difficult for vegetarian people to get food. Else everything was good.

จองห้อง เตียงเดียวมาแต่กลับได้ห้องเตียงคู่ทางโรงแรมอ้างว่าห้องหมด เหลือเฉพาะเตียงคู่ พอได้เข้าห้องมา ห้องสกปก ฝุ่นเยอะมากเหมือนไม่ทำความสะอาด ห้องก็เก่า ใช้ไปสัก3ชม. แอร์ก็เสีย พอมีปัญหาพนักงานดูแลก็ไม่มี มีแค่ลุงยามที่คอยช่วยประสานงานให้ รวมๆแล้วไม่โอเคค่ะ

Infrastructure and facilities available in the hotel are good, however house keeping hasn't kept the place clean. Overall a decent stay.

Nice place to stay specially our room which is Palm Villa. Love love love it. Very quiet. Comfy. Privacy. Convinient to walk to the beach area. Have 7 Eleven next door. Restaurant all the way. Massage too. We didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. Our room facing swimming pool and that make it more AWESOME. Really recommended guys.

It has great big bed with a sofa bed in our room. It is clean and the staffs are very quick in solving our problem. We love the swimming pool too

Everything is just rediculs. After 5 to 6 time complaines no one listens, and at night AC start leaking water. And when we called for manager then staff said tomorrow morning they can talk, and then she said if you want to change room then need to pay 500 bath extra.
This is 3 holtel but as per my experience it’s less than 1. Not recommended.
