Living accommodations are fine and are right next to a market, which is convenient. There's no elevator, so if you have multiple large bags and you're on an upper floor then it's a big inconvenience. The younger staff speaks some English, but the older person who we encountered did not and was rude to the point of ignoring us and shooing us, even once we used Google translate to ask our question in Thai.
The hotel was full booked even we did our reservation 1 month before. The stuff smelled alcohol and was drunk.

-การบริการไม่ค่อยดี ในเรื่องคำแนะนำรถ กระประสานงานจองที่พักมีความสับสนมากพอสมควร ไม่มีพนักงานประจำเคาเตอร์ต้องรอนานตอนเช็คอิน การให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการเดินทางไปกลับโรงแรมควรปรับปรุง ระบบการจองโรงแรมควรปรับปรุง
-อาหารเช้าเพิ่มจากราคาห้องพักสามร้อยบาท เริ่ม 7 โมงเช้า ต้องเดินไปทานที่ร้านขข้างๆประมาณ 20 เมตร
