Stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, Garden View, Ground Floor.
Pros;
Housekeeping staff is kind and trying to do their best despite of absence of front desk.
Cons;
No shampoo or body gel provided. Only hand soap (confirmed by housekeeping).
Uninvited coach roaches visit to the room at night due to undeveloped field ("garden") across the room.
Bedding, linen and sheets are clean, however a deep cleaning hasn't been done for a long time. Spider webs are all around the windows frame and ceiling corners.
No front desk staff present on site.
No "Free welcome drink" provided as advertised.
TV was not functioning.

Large rooms and giant pool. Small kitchen, but who's really cooking on vacation. 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. Also an extra cot was provided.

Simen is a good and reliable host Organized all. The place is great for the price. View on mountains from 2 bedroom apts.is great.

Very nice host, and great rooms. The pool was very spacious, and had underwater barstools, which I've never seen before. The only problem with the rooms was the smell of cleaning supplies in every room. There was free waters and cleaning services available as well. I believe it was 50$ a night.

We stayed here as an Airbnb as a party of 4. The apartment was beautiful and the customer service was very prompt. The owner gave us an extra night free because the pool had not been cleaned. So kind of him! Highly recommend

He had a pleasant stay. The room was great, spacious and clean. The manager of the complex is very nice and made sure everything was fine for us. Due to the coronavirus, he gave us the last updates regarding local restrictions (we had some difficulties finding the latest information online because everything can change from one day to the next).

Big pool with 2 depth, for children and adults. Very well cleaned water. Good connection to Centrum and to beech. Quiet place to stay with family.

The hotel was beautiful with the pool in the centre. The room was clean and confortable. The host was really sympatic and helpful too. He negotiated for us a better fee for an excursion.
Neverthless, it is a little bit far from the beach if you plan to walk only, but there's four free shuttles a Day from the hotel to the beach (one way only) and you can rent a motorcycle too.

Wonderful time to rest here I really enjoyed the time in swimming pool but little bit uncomfortable to park my car in but everything is good needed

Property is not worth the amount. There is hygiene issue in the property which obviosuly the host will not acknowledge and rather accuse the customer for their mannerism and approach. There is never smoke without fire.

Property is way too expensive plus amenities dont work and if u complain host will rather blame and threaten you.

We had booked pent house and was with my friends. Had very bad experiences. We had come to hotel after completing our dinner at arond 11 pm. We found some police were at hotel looking for some illegal activities around the place. They were checking each every rooms. We were shock and scare.
After sometime owner and police had meeting In private rooms. They might have paid some bribe to police to avoid search. After checking with staff we found that this type of things happen frequently and some past experiences were bad. They didn't told me the details.

Highly unrecommended place. No hygeine maintained, amenities are not working well and very poor service. Make sure you don't rent a two wheeler from the place they are not maintained the owner manipulates when the two wheeler breakdowns. As we have to bear all the cost. Also the owner is very arrogant and misbehaves when you complain for any of the above. I am sure after a review also the owner will blame for undone damages.

This palce with surrond with jugle. Be prepare to fight with mosquito for all night. And take all your cleaning istrument with you because this are not doing room service at all.

The amenities mentioned are not exactly the same coupled with unprofessional management.
Further there are lot of insects in property which includes cockroaches, lizards and mosiqutoes. No preventive measures is taken neither informed while checking in further when you confront staff they don't understand english which makes the scenario worst.
