My Tour by Gina Tour

I had made an appointment with Gina, but it was not kept because it was low season in October and the office was closed. On the 4th attempt it worked in your restaurant (1 hour walk for me). I booked 4 tours based on the good reviews here. They are the same tours that you can book anywhere and are almost identical in price. I'm better off with a well-known, large provider; there have never been any problems. The one trip to Phi Phi was totally overcrowded in the morning because it also served as a ferry for guests to Phi Phi (same thing in the afternoon, just with fewer departing guests). Only it wasn't advertised that way, and Gina didn't respond to my complaint. The trip to KoRok took place in very bad weather with high waves (3/4 of the guests were seasick), this was very dangerous with the speedboat and there were strong blows from the water on the boat. The trip should have been canceled, but money had to be made. Not a recommendation for me, I will book again with the well-known provider, you can easily cancel if the weather is bad, for example.

During a motorcycle rental a wheel punctured (it's not the fault of the agency) But we had no help from the agency which left us in the south of the island without doing anything. Notice not to be taken into account for a tour because not done with them. Transportation sometimes more expensive than to other places.
