Nice place with a little pool including a jacuzzi area, friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. Air condition takes some time to actually cool the room down but an additional fan helps with that. You get a little porch in front of your bungalow but at least for us the provided chairs there were broken. If we had wanted to sit there, I bet we could have asked the reception to replace them, though.
Safe, kettle, mini fridge, coffee and a bottle of water are included. When considering the price, this hotel is above average.

Maybe not the best place for guests with kids since a lot of electrical wires are just closed off with electrical tape. If your kids do not understand that touching those is dangerous, maybe this place is not for you.
If you are an adult, that should not be a problem though.

Ao Nang Landmark Night Market as well as the local 7-11 by the beach are less than 5 minutes by foot from the location.

All in all a decent place for your money if you want to spend a night or two.

Overal its a good basic resort with a + for the location. Just around the corner of the nightmarket, beach & close by activities.

The room is ok, there is 1 window and it doesn’t really ventilate (u have to use the AC)
Everything is a bit old but still clean though.
But renewing the beds, sheets & towels would do a lot:) Pool could use a good scrub so we only swam once sadly enough.

Would still book again but not more then 2 nights.

To highlight the treatment of the staff, they are charming. The bungalow where we stayed was very clean and very quiet. Very close to the night market.

Very cozy and chill place. Staff are friendly and helpful Only minus is the music noises coming from bar across the street. Hard to get sleep when there is quite loud music. So if you are sensitive sleeper maybe bring earblugsLuckily it is not playing all night Othervise location is perfect for night market visits etc. Only 3-5 minutes by walk.

The Bungalows are just so lovely. The staff was happy and welcoming at any given time. The location is perfect, just a short 3min walk to the basar and they are also opening a night light street next to the basar. 10/10

A fantastic week was had by our family at this place. The staff were awesome, really helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, a great pool and really close to restaurants and the night market. Can totally recommend.

The pool very nice, plesent, and no time limits, we can swimming during the night. The environment is quite and clean. The bungalow clean, ac, TV, water heater, coffee, water. Very, very nice.

Overall good place.
Good location (near the sea road and an open air shopping center), no stairs to climb, nice yard, clean, welcoming and friendly stuff.
Showers basic, but with hot water. Pool nice, but not suitable for swimming.
Rooms are advertised as suitable for 4, but only 3 will fit; 4th bed will require extra payment and huddling like Sardeens)

Excellent. Super staff and super place. I just loved the place. Today is my first here already extremely happy with everything all over. Divided right now only to come back soon with family.

Tired decor, old AC that wasn't strong, no proper mosquito screens for bathroom (mine has toilet paper plugging the holes for ventilation) dark.

Very friendly and polite, sweet staff! Really nice food at very reasonable prices and super cool rooms with AC. Also even when getting taxi's and excursions from companies outside of what they offer, they were very helpful and didn't mind calling to confirm bookings etc. If you're a family mainly here for beaches and not going to venture far this is perfect. For us it was quite far from central Ao Nang (about 40 minute walk) but we could handle it. And it's just a 2 minute walk to the main road where you can get buses and taxi's.

Close to Nopparat Thara beach. Large rooms but very low water pressure in the shower. The hotel restaurant is one of the worst Thai restaurants I have been to. I have eaten at many local Thai restaurants and the portion size here was comparable to an appetizer size served on a very small plate which it did not even fill. The request for not spicy food was not complied with and we were still expected to pay for it even though it could not be eaten. When we explained the food could not be eaten we were met with argument and three people speaking at once one of whom was shouting in Thai from across the room. This response was surprising and we asked to speak with management but were told the manager was away in Bangkok. We ordered a scooter from a friend and when the delivery arrived they were not allowed to deliver it to us or even come to our room to speak to us. The hotel would not even ask us to come to the reception since they have their own bike rental. I am not sure where it is written that we may only rent bikes from them if we stay at the hotel. Wifi was spotty and often slow.

This place was very clean but not worth the cost. It’s definitely a two star hotel. If this place read decorated the rooms and gave their place a little bit more love than it would be good. The people are very nice and helpful. The way the room was decorated made the vibe feel a little depressing.you can find something for the same price or even cheaper that is a lot nicer.

Great honeymoon and low key destination. Kind staff. Excellent location and the pool is spectacular. Only issue is a stuffy
bathroom, but that seems to be a recurring issue all over Thailand but it's fine.
