Simply an outstanding service from the beginning to the end. Communicated via WhatsApp before leaving Italy and everything was sorted before I arrived, car was delivered to hotel Dot on time and picked up from another hotel before departure. The most helpful, professional and kindest of staff. I have traveled a lot and rented many many times and this was truly the best experience I have ever had with a car rental. Highly recommend. 5stars+

Mega Car Rent has a good prices on car rentals but the service is what sets it apart. There was a gentleman holding the sign waiting for us at the arrival hall, no need to go any counter. The whole process is stress free and hassle free. I also appreciate the quick response time during booking, as well the helpfulness of the staff with our luggage/baby car seat. Highly recommend!

I had great experience with car rental from MegaCarrent. Car was new and clean. Booking process was easy and smooth with Mr. Gai Mega. The day before my flight, I was informed by Mr. Gai that my car was ready. Price was best! Highly recommended!

This was a fantastic service, they communicated fully in English, and kept the communication going and I had to make a change of times as the flight was changed, they were very flexible and changed and didn’t charge extra. Prices were best in town and the pick up & drop off service was smooth and stress free. Highly recommend them and will use them again.
