It was well organised! The pickup was on time and after that everything was clear. Where we had to report and which boat we had to go on. The tour was extensive and they took the time so you could see every island. We went for the Hong Island tour

We booked 3 trips here, because of the correct service, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lily is very charismatic and made us smile while booking.

Tours were on time every trip, guides were very happy and enthusiastic.

We planned our van transfer to Khao Sok here. We explicitly asked about the duration of the way, asking for the fastest option. Yet, the 2 hour drive instead took over 5 hours of crazy drive over half the thailand with us levitating over the seats on every turn hoping we'd at least be lucky to survive. In addition, we were instead dropped off 30mins taxi ride from our hotel (that was right on the standard way, but well, the driver took a little detour to earn more, I guess).

People planning these trips clearly have no respect for your holiday time, just trying to cut the expenses at any cost.

We took 3 group trips: Hong island, 4 islands and kayaking and then they arrange us private trip (Poda island, sunset on Railay beach and snorkling in fluorescent plankton nearby), where they prepared nice surprise for us.
Everyone was very nice to us, very professional. When we went to 4 island trip with long tail boat, they provided us speed boat without additional charge, because long tail boat was broken.
Guides provided us all information about trip all the time and informed us what is going to happen and how much time we will have for this.
Lunch buffet on trips was tasty as all thai dishes.
We bought all trips from lovely lady, which was very friendly and helpful.

Beware if you are buying a bus ticket - we were transferred to "Mini-Bus Mini-Van Station" 20 mins outside of Ao Nang where we had to wait for hours for another bus.

It seems like everyone else who was waiting wasn't expecting to go there either from the amount of people who complained.

We also wanted to know where we would be dropped off at the destination before we purchase the ticket - the bus dropped us off at a completely different location in the city.

Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of unorganized travel agents who take your money and pass you to another group.

Very serious tour agency. Reliable, honest and ready to help! We booked one tour as well as the transfer to the airport during Songkran, and we were extremely happy with their services. Highly recommended!

Ms Lily and her ladies was very lovely and friendly. They would suggest what best activities that suit our wants during our stay. They do have laundry services as well which is very convenient.
We book our airport transfer with them too!
They event make us feel so close to them.

Handed over to some other tour company upon completing your purchase (Aonang Photo Travel). We did the Kong Island tour. Save yourselves from this awful experience and get your own long boat for the day. Otherwise you’re just ferried from crowded tourist trap to crowded tourist trap. Stood around waiting for nearly an hour for the guides to organize themselves before we found the boat and set off, then just felt trapped and at the mercy of their schedule. Food was poor. Zero value in going with a guide. Seriously avoid at all costs.

Edit: Our own Longtail boat would have been just 200 thb more. If only we knew.
