6Very well equipped gym. A day pass is 200 and there is a discount on mutliple entries. The AC is turned on during specific hours of the day, but there are fans in the gym that make the heat more than bearable outside of these hours. Staff is super friendly. Again, the gym is VERY well equipped, from machines to weights to really heavy dumbbells. Well maintained and clean. Lots of food options close by if you feel hungry after training (the gym also offers protein shakes).
Great facility and equipment. Friendly staff, always very welcoming and lovely. Air-con takes a while to cool the room down but good enough!
Only 250 Baht for day pass which is good considering they have everything you could want out of a gym.
