Lanta Local Hut

3 mins walk from the most beautiful beach. Aroun and his wife are adorable! We booked a tour with them and everything was perfect.
Expect a visit from small creatures in the bathroom in the evening ;)

The place is very well located in the city. The hotel is as you would expect from a hut, the shower is large (just no hot water). Small hammock in front which is super nice. We were able to rent a scooter. The man is super helpful, however if you manage to get a smile from the woman who runs the hotel, tell me in the comment. Personally we didn’t really succeed…

Excellent housing for an affordable price! There is a separate bathroom - it's just a gift.
There is an insect net hanging over the bed - this is the main thing. We slept well.
We liked the owners. Very responsive and pleasant people to talk to. Towels are changed frequently and toilet paper and soap are provided.
We noticed that mostly couples and young people stay here.

A few more pleasant advantages: 7/11 is just steps away, it’s also a 7-minute walk to the beach!

I will recommend it to my friends.

There were 5 of us and we had booked 3 huts for 3 nights and were able to add an extra night at the last minute while keeping our own huts.
The owner is extremely kind, super accommodating, attentive and gives good advice.
It offers a scooter rental service, can wash your laundry and book transport to your next destination.
A little corner of heavenly nature 2 minutes from the beach which offers a wonderful sunset.
Excellent value for money, 100% recommended!

It's better than I expected. The owner is super friendly, but it is a hut and a basic one at that. Has all you need and is super cheap. You get what you pay for. The cheapest bike rentals we found.

Very good and not expensive place to stay. Very friendly stuff. Bangelows are comfortable with shower and toilet. Beach 200m. Really happy to here:)

Great Little Place with great people.the owners are really kind of person and they can help on your needs.i highly raccomend the huts are basic but nice and clean with big toilet inside.
Loved this Place feels like home.

Pros: cost, location is good near the beach, nice restaurants around. Great wifi, cheapest bike rental on the island.

Cons: the huts are falling apart and we had lots of bugs and ants. There is no hot water in the shower, the hammock and mosquitoe net had holes so they weren't useful.
