Lanta Klong Nin

Close to being the best beach on Koh Lanta - it has enough little bars and restaurants to spend all day without having to move anywhere far. And it’s not overly crowded so you have your privacy as well.

Great place to swim during all tides!

Nice beach, lots of cool restaurants and bars. However, there are a lot of rocks in the water, so you should be a little careful. However, swimming is still possible, especially at high tide.

The best beach in Lanta I've seen so far.
Nice colour and nicer vibe than the beaches in the north. Haven't been to the south, must be even nicer colour of the sea there.
It's huge, so there's enough of privacy.

Large sandy beach and well maintained.
You will find many small restaurants/bars/hotels all along.
Very little frequented during this November period. Just missing the sun haha.
You will be able to see some harmless monkeys there.

Strong waves and unclear waters when visiting mid May. Dangerous for swimming that day as there are rocks and you can’t see them

A lovely long beach with nice sand, however the entrance for swimming may be tricky depending on the spot.

For me the most pleasant beach on Ko Lanta. On a length of 3 km, almost only sand, many restaurants etc. - the number of umbrellas and sunbeds is limited, but you will find something. Weather permitting, you can also watch the sunset here. This beach is definitely not an insider tip.

Nice and laidback beach. There are a lot of bars/restaurants that have tables and deckchairs. Usually you are not pushed into ordering more and more, so you can just relax a bit with your drink

Fabulous beach especially for sunset and a cocktail. Lovely soft sand and great for swimming. Lots of great restaurants and some lovely guesthouses/hotels? Right on the beach.

Lovely beach. Hang out at Otto Bar or the Roundhouse and soothe your soul in the beautiful Andaman Sea.
