Lanta Island Resort

Nice, slightly run down bungalow resort on Klong Dao beach on Ko Lanta.

The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the sea. The pool well maintained and decent in size.

The rooms are rather spartan but everything necessary is there. Low water pressure in the shower and absolutely forbidden to flush toilet paper. A small trash can should be placed next to it. Probably the drainage system is undersized.

Very friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. Good cleaning.

The adjoining restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as drinks, including non-alcoholic ones.

In terms of prices, both rooms and food are somewhat expensive in comparison to other similar places in the area. It might pay to look around a bit.

Was the perfect location for Lanta island for us. Easy walk to the night market, stores, and nice beach with nightly fire shows on it between 7-8pm.

Standard bungalow was new and all very good for the most part at this price point.

The caged lizard, turtles etc was a bit sad to see unfortunately, there is no need to have that which is why only 3 stars.

Alina and Frank have a wonderful resort in a really nice jungle atmosphere. Very quiet complex, right on the most beautiful beach on Koh Lanta, Klong Dao Beach.
The bungalows have everything you need. Very quiet air conditioning and really big fridge.
The rooms were cleaned impeccably. Towels were changed daily. Comfortable beds with great white bed linen that is changed often.
The staff is extremely friendly and everyone is always there to help you with advice and support.
Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Thailand with European standards.
WiFi has been upgraded and works perfectly.

Beautiful 4 star type resort located perfectly on Long Beach. Owners have built and maintained this facility for 20 years. Forty bungalows are all thoughtfully appointed and maintained by a dedicated staff. The on site restaurant does well and has a great view of the beach and ocean. Resort was quiet with no families while I was there for 2 weeks.

Overpriced and far to simple overall for the price, easy to the beach and the local area.

We returned after 1 year.and it's the same:) Helpful receptionist/owner, good maid service, lots of shade by beach, one of the nicest beaches in Ko Lanta, lots of food options on the beach and street, tons of birds in the trees and nice pool with loungers.

Lovely little resort, Alina is so nice and helpful, she made our stay even better, not to mention the Polynesian lookalike restaurant on the beach that makes the whole resort a great place to relax and deconnect from our Western busy life

Great location, friendly staff, scooter hire from reception, and an awesome beach bar! Room was better than expected too! Food at the beach bar was fantastic.

The food and service from the restaurant was good. The location was decent. Nice pool. The reason for the 2 star was because of the room.
We had booked and paid for 4 days but checked out after our first night.

The room: There was a half inch gap around the door. We had to stuff a towel into it to stop bugs from coming in.
The refrigerator made so much noise I had to unplug it during the night.
The shower did not work.
They gave us only a bed sheet. No blankets in the room.
The bed was super uncomfortable and very squeaky.
My wife wanted to leave after the first night saying the room was creepy.
