Lanta Coral Beach Resort

Staff was super friendly and always helpful.
It was very convenient that you can rent a motorbike at the hotel.
The beach is full of rocks. During low tide, it is impossible to go swimming.

Very quiet complex with a beautiful location and quiet beach. If you go 50m down the beach to the left you don't have as many stones in the water. You were always treated extremely kindly. We rented a scooter and also used the laundry service. Our bamboo hut was very simple but less than 50m from the beach.
The little bar on the beach is also highly recommended!

Wonderful family run place with a wonderful view on the sunset at the beach, bar, massage. Some bungalows are new, the old ones are run down though and pictures are not updated. Fridge was also old and dirty. Food at the restaurant ok, but you get definetly better food for the same price in Lanta. Motorbikes were all new with reasonable prices

A bit of Thailand like back then. Very nice family-run bungalow complex right on the beach. Bungalows in different categories, from 600 Baht without breakfast, breakfast buffet 150 Baht per person in combination (worth it). Everything was very well maintained and clean. A place where you can really relax. The bay is ideal for swimming. If you want, your every wish can be fulfilled at the reception. The restaurant has good dishes at normal prices and the beach bar is highly recommended. Another note, it's worth taking the bungalow with breakfast, the breakfast buffet is better than in a 3-4 star hotel. The massages offered here are also very professional.
Otherwise, Klong Nin Beach is only 3 km away if you no longer need peace and quiet.
Update: Went here again after three years in the low season and it's still as positive as before!

Nice resort run by family. Amazing location, just on the beach, very quiet and relaxing. There is restaurant with tasty and cheap food. If you are leaving the resort, you will probably need motorbike and you can rent it in resort. You can also book tours and transfers with them.

We stayed at this wonderful resort a few weeks ago, we are backpacking through south east Asia and this was by far one of our favourite places. First and foremost the family who run this accommodation are amazing, they deliver a fantastic service and go above and beyond for all residents. They have a restaurant on site, cocktail bar, beach and massage service, and of course the bungalows, which were cleaned every day during our stay, you literally do not need to leave the place although you must lol as Koh Lanta is wonderful. If I ever visit Koh Lanta again I will most definitely stay here. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and homely vibe.

Amazing hospitality at this very family friendly resort. We were traveling with 2 one year olds, and the owners were so accommodating. Scooter rentals to get around the island. Great shade at the palapas right on the beach. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here in a bungalow, where you can see and hear the sea from your front door! It feels quiet and secluded with everything you need there to relax, hardly anyone on the beach for most of the day. You can rent scooters to get into the busier areas of the island but we enjoyed the food available all day in the restaurant.

Staff are also super friendly and helpful with making bookings, we’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing cozy space, friendly helpful staff, if you look for a fake super luxurious resort, with swimming pool etc, it is not your place. This is perfect for me: basic easy comfortable bungalow with fan, in front of the best beach of the island (I visited them all), it is secluded, isolated, small, clean, no loud music at any time, just hammocks and nice huts where you can lay down reading a book listening to the waves sound. My favourite place in this wonderful island, I am so happy I decided to stay here. We will be back for sure <3
A plus is that they will clean the room every day, which is very nice because you will always bring lot of sand inside with the clothes!

I had the most relaxing and wonderful time at Lanta Coral Beach Resort. The staff are the kindest sweetest people. It is a quiet secluded area that is a nice break from all the noise of Klong Nin. If peace and quiet simple living is your thing this the place.

We were supposed to stay for 4 days, and stayed more than two weeks in the end. We loved it. It is a bit remote, very peaceful, nice beach, lots of greenery. People staying there come every year and stay for longer periods, there are.mostyl older people and families with small kids. Every night we watched the subset from a tiny bar, drinking beer. No parties, rather quiet, very few restaurants to choose from, but we rented a scooter and drove somewhere else to eat sometimes. There is a restaurant in Coral Lanta Beach, but sometimes we just fell like going somewhere else.
The family owning it is very helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend to someone that is looking for a peaceful place with great views.

Very basic Fan Room, cold water shower reasonably priced at 550 baht.little in the way of Furnishings other than a bed and outside chairs could use a bureau / chest of drawers and curtains. The resort itself it's very nice and kept quite tidy. Would not recommend the restaurant. Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries one of my fries had a bite out of it. Staff was very nice and the resort is right on the beach. I would stay again but, I won't be going back to the restaurant.

We stayed with three little children for wonderful five weeks (two bungalows). The resort is small with a very nice garden through which you can see and hear the sea. Everyday I sat on the terrace of the restaurant watching the beach and the sea while eating and thought this is what paradise looks like. I would highlight the hospitality of the owners, cleanliness of the AC rooms, delicious mango sticky rice (in deserts), nice thai massages at the beach, coconut oil they make and sell, encounters with gekkos, tropical butterflies, hermit crabs, squirrels, bats and many more. The accommodation is baby friendly (restaurant/accommodation/beach accessible with a stroller) and so is the beach. Do not expect luxury. For us it was a very good value for money though.

The beach was almost private, the environment surrounding is amazing. Was a really relaxing place. Price is really good too. I would come back. Only negatives were that the food at their restaurant is a little below average. And the room I had got a little bit crazy with ants at times. Still would recommend.

****AMAZING**** absolutely a hidden gem! The owners are absolutely awesome and so helpful, they set us up with a wonderful snorkeling trip on OPAL TRAVEL and let me pay with my credit card because I was short on cash. They handled everything. The landscape, plants, bamboo huts give you that island oasis feelings and everything is so clean and well taken care of. We stayed in one of the AC rooms and it was like brand new inside. Great beaches, beautiful sunsets. The breakfast was great also. This should be your first pick if you are looking to stay in Koh Lanta!

Amazing resort! The rooms are nice and clean and we could hear the beach the beach from our room which was so relaxing.

The resort is so green and beautiful and you can walk directly to the beach which is gorgeous. There are hammocks and cute platforms to chill on and watch the beach. There are cute cats and you can see a lot of small hermit crabs on the beach which are so cute!

The staff are extremely nice and they helped us organise transport and rent scooters. A lovely family owns the resort who are very kind and lovely to talk to.

The food is absolutely delicious as well, prepared with fresh ingredients. The coconut is amazing and you will sometimes get it straight from the tree. There is also a bar with delicious cocktails.

Our stay was fantastic and I would say this resort was the best place we saw on the island!
