Great atmosphere and the food is tasty and reasonable pricing. Had some special arrange to celebrate an anniversary and the staff was very accommadating from the time of booking online till the end of the dinner. Superb service. Keep it up.

Stunning decor, lovely location with view over the bay, great service and great food. We even had a little dance to the cover band rendition of 'Smooth Operator',)

I should reserve to get good place.
It was worth the effort
For us, this restaurant gave very wonderful and private seat (we could sit together)
Good thing is, there is no trouble occured by tourist who like to take picture on good place.

The seat is on balcony and it is protected by weed wall, so Me and my GF can enjoy the food and nice view.

Food is reaally good.
It is quite expensive but you know.here is Lae Lay Grill. Everything is good (Except the dessert. I was full at that time:) )

If you plan to visit Krabi, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

A little disappointed, the staff were messing around, the food was just ok, I had grilled seabass, and my husband had crab, if I'm honest I wouldn't come again, it was over priced for what we got. Hotel pick up was on time and handy though

Those who like to visit this restaurant should be in good shape, as it is situated nearby a hilltop. The climbing starts when you reach the restaurant, no elevator. Once you are on the top you get a very nice view. We ordered Thom Kha Khai, little bit spicy but the cook don't like to cut meat, smaller pieces of chicken would-be great. The chicken with cashew nuts was blessed with a lot of cashews, but again the chicken would be less dry if the pieces were smaller. The crab in yellow curry got a great taste and was a more than decent portion. With one mango smoothy and a small Singha beer we got for 1.142 bath.

Made a reservation and requested for a seat by the railings with a view. I was pleasantly surprised that they placed me at a corner spot facing the sea. Pickup was prompt and service was excellent. Was there on Thursday night and live music starts at 6: 30pm. However, do expect prices to be on the pricier side. Make a reservation online and they will provide complimentary 2 way transport if you're living in Ao Nang. A good timing to come will be just slightly after 6, otherwise the evening sun might be too hot.

Beautiful restaurant amazing food. Absolutely delicious. Staff very attentive they pour your water after every mouthful you take. We got transport free from our hotel and back after our meal. Excellent service

Had a wonderful sunset dinner at Lae Lay Grill. Absolutely loved the lobster which went really well with their sauce dips. Service was also good. Prices are on the higher end, so come here for a special occasion.

A stunning location and wonderful service make Lae Lay restaurant worth a visit. Set in the hills behind Nopparat Beach in Ao Nang, book a table to ensure you get the best sunset view.

The prices were very reasonable for the high level of cuisine on offer. We had the seafood platter for 2 and a bottle of bubbles. A perfect combination.

Thanks must go to all the staff who were smiling, attentive and friendly, it really makes a difference to the overall experience.

There is a courtesy shuttle bus to get you up and down the hill if you don’t fancy walking.

Top stuff, will definitely return.

Friendly staff, good food, very fresh. Ordered plate for 2 which we could not finish. View is not that excellent, overrated. Expensive.

I wish I had read a review like this before we went! The atmosphere and the service is fantastic. They also offer a free shuttle bus to and from which is very convenient! Unfortunately we were very very disappointed with the platter with the mixture of seafood. They give you sauces on the side which are the only things that give it taste. If you like paying a tad over 3000THB for a boiled seafood platter just pack your own salt and pepper. Would recommend steering clear from the platter you’ll see advertised for Lae Lay - even the fish on our plate looked sad: (

What we had wasn't great and luke warm even after sending back a dish to be warmed up. Not worth the money for me!

Great food, but view of the sunset depends on the time of the year. When we were there, the view was obstructed by the hill next to the restaurant

The service is poor and the management is poorer.
We ordered at 8: 15 and did not receive the food until 10: 30. No real explanation given and staff just standing around ignoring our polite requests for help. Would not recommend coming to this place in a large group. Or if you’re hungry and want to eat quickly.
The food was quite good despite all the poor operations.
