3Do not go with this company. The lady lied about pick up, tried making us pay 200 baht for pick up even though it was supposed to be included, then told the driver to take away our bus ticket to Bangkok so we couldn’t claim the ticket at the desk. Luckily I took a photo of the receipt. The lady is deceitful. If I could give zero stars I would. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, she may offer a cheaper price but she will f*ck you over.
The receptionist said she would pick us up from the hotel but never showed. Tried making my girlfriend and I pay for a taxi their but then made the driver take away our bus ticket. Thankfully my girlfriend made us take a photo. She was trying to mess around with us.
Unsure about how to rate this place. The day trip on the kophiphi islands was nice but the food at the lunch buffet made me sick the whole night. And I've never been that sick with food poisoning before.
