I used Krabi taxi service twice. Both times were a little complicated, and both times they delivered perfectly.

We needed a 3 1/2 hour transfer from the port in Surathani to Krabi, and separately an early AM pickup to the airport from our Krabi hotel.

They are efficient and responsive. They were flexible on timing and pricing. When our ferry boat was delayed, they were cool.

Our driver, for the long ride was friendly and helpful. He stopped when we needed a quick bite, and made the long drive smoothly and efficiently.

The second time we used them, we called fairly late the night before our early morning pick up to the airport. They got the job done without attitude, and found us someone punctual and polite.

Both cars were fairly new, clean, comfortable and in good condition.

There was never a language barrier. They sent us confirming photos of the contact info of each driver. They inspired confidence, and we could relax and enjoy our trip.
