2 stars because the driver of the van was very nice and friendly. The reception at the travel agency was extremely unfriendly because we had to be there half an hour earlier, which we had missed. Nevertheless, we arrived before the departure time. I was then told in a very unfriendly tone that I should stop talking and finally get in. Was really shocked.

Vehicles completely packed and very tight, waiting time at the collection point 60 minutes, waiting time for the ferry to Kho Phangan 90 minutes.
Vehicle technically ok and organization otherwise good.

The older lady who works in the front office is very rude and disrespectful. If I was able to cancel my ticket I would have immediately went with another company after my first interaction with her.

(0) stars. Picked us up at ao nam pier (which we had to get a taxi to) and dropped us off at Krabi bus station to get a local bus to Phuket. We purchased 9 person minivan to Phuket. We could have purchased this ticket for cheaper. Minivan driver was extremely rude shouting at us and ignoring our questions. Don’t pick these guys.

Krabi -> Koh Phangan via Bus & Ferry:
Was quite expensive but we arrived on time. Other than promised on website there was no toilet in the bus. Wifi was only available if you like their facebook page (wich I obviously did not want to do). AC was not really working, so it was hot in the bus. We drove for 3 hours without toilet stop. Only 20 minutes before arrival we stopped for a 15 minute break (why?) and then 5 minutes before arrival we stopped again to fill up gas (could that not have waited?). Both breaks nearly led to missing our ferry. We were dropped of alone somewhere in the pier area and needed to figure out where to go next and where to get our ferry tickets. But as said, we made it. So if you are looking for good service, I cannot recommend. But if you just want to arrive somehow it is okay.

I booked a direct trip for two people from krabi to koh samui as stated. Also booked an extra seat as reviews suggested to book extra seat for the extra legroom as can be quite cramped. When the minibus came to pick us up from the location there was only 2 seat left when we booked 3 seats altogether. Also, half way through we were told to leave the minibus and wait for the ferry. We were never given that extra seat ticket or money. Had we known that there was two transfer we would’ve rather booked bus+ferry or high speed ferry which would have been much cheaper and shorter journey time. Only booked because it said direct. Falsely advertised - very disappointed

Booked through a 3rd party and didn’t realise this would be the company. The bus only showed up after my hostel rang them to find out where they were after waiting more than half an hour. Then they scammed me and left me at the ferry port with no ticket so had to buy a new one there. Driver was a disgrace. Do not use.

We got our transfer from AoNang, Krabi, to Ko Phangan through our hotel and were apprehensive about the transport after reading terrible reviews. However, there was not much choice of tour operators with overall decent reviews. The main thing is that everyone is told the van journey is 2 1/2 hours when it is around 4 with all the stops.

First, the 9 am van pickup was fine, driver arrived about 9: 10, and we were the 1st collection so had a choice of seating which was a benefit. There were about 4 other stops to collect passengers until the van was full. By 10 am we were still in Krabi and finally set off to the pier, another 3 hours, including a 30 min loo and snack break when we were about an hour from the destination pier. We arrived to the pier by 1: 30 pm.

At the pier there are toilets, a canteen and cafe with seating indoors or outdoors. There is complimentary drinking water. It gets very full just before boat departures.
The ferry to Koh Samui was scheduled to depart at 2 pm and Koh Phangan 2: 30 pm. The ferry boarded about 30 min prior to departure and set off on time. It was over booked so people had to also sit on the floor. It was also very hot initially in the indoor seating when waiting to set off as the AC was on quite low. Took a while to climatise. The outdoor benches in shade seemed more refreshing but got occupied very quickly. There is a mini cafe, loos, and massage available. The boat journey was pretty precisely 2.5 hours. Separately not part of Sea pearl, On arrival we could get a shared shuttle transport (like jitney / small pickup truck with rain cover) for 150 baht per person to our hotel, 26 km away from the pier.

Would just like to say that all of the above reviews riddled me with anxiety and made me terrified that I would be left stranded on a road somewhere. This was not the case at all, we actually left 10 minutes early, there was a spare seat, had a stop off at 7/11 for 15 minutes then arrived at the pier ready to get on the ferry! We did the Krabi- to Koh Phangan route and cannot fault the experience.

The person who works there was incredibly rude. The van was exploding with things. There wasn't enough room for us. We had to travel in the part where the bags are, tight and very uncomfortable. To get out we had to jump all the bags. Horrible.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not use this service. All the staff we encountered were horrible. Especially the old woman who seemed to be in charge.

Very unfriendly guy. We didn´t booked on 12go and asked last minute for a trip to Koh Samui here. Price was much higher compared to the one mentioned on 12go. When we asked why it was so high, guy at the cashier told us we were free to look for another company.we would´nt ever come here again or recommend this to someone else! Also the busses looked very old.

Worst travel experience in Krabi. We were let in the city at night without taxis at 3 hours walk from our hotel.

Perfect. Tickets via 12Go gekocht voor een reis van Krabi naar Ko Samui. Bus, veerpont, en taxi naar hotel op Ko Samui. Gewoon perfect verlopen voor weinig geld. Gewoon top.

Got picked up late, drivers didnt speak any English (literally none, whatsoever), we were supposed to take a boat which the driver missed due to aimlessly waiting around god knows where, ultimately, what should have been a 2 hour drive at most turned into a 4+ hour ride. Never again!

Unorganised scammers. We paid for two ferry tickets to Ko Samui and when the driver left us at the pier the lady told us that we just got one ticket. He was really rude before when we didn't want to hand him our passports but go with him to the counter. Don't book the Krabi-Ko Samui route with them. It's way too expensive.

Krabi to Phuket Airport.
We payed 600 bath for a minivan from krabi to phuket airport but it's not what happened.
A minivan picked us at our hotel and drove us to krabi bus terminal, from there they told us to take a local bus to phuket airport (photo) and then the bus dropped us at a bus station near the airport and a taxi was waiting for us to take us there, everything included in the price. In the end everything was fine, the minivan was good, the local bus confortable and with a/c and the taxi driver was a really nice guy.
3 starts just because we payed for a minivan and was not the case.

Was not given the trip I bought… had to change minibus 3 times from Krabi to Donsak Pier. Was left by the side of the road to wait for 1,5 hour and had to take a later ferry. The minibuses was way overcrowded with people and luggage, and not friendly staff. All in all a terrible and long experience.

I lost my sunglasses at this place and asked for them. But the lady at the reception yelled at me, that they have hundreds of customers. I understand that, but there is still no reason to yell unpolitely at your customers, when they ask you a question calmly and friendly.
