My first time Muay Thai, booked a private lesson, really great experience and good workout to. Good teacher and good instructions. I will definitely go for some more lessons here

We had a fantastic session with the team here. As definite beginners (though with a little boxing experience), the teaching was excellent and we came away exhausted but having learned some new skills.

We would highly recommend this experience especially if you can string together a few sessions over a week or two (sadly we only had time for one as discovered it on our last day).

Awesome gym with great facilities! The trainers are so knowledgeable, after a few private sessions they really helped me to fine tune my technique and also taught me a bunch of new things too. I’m coming back next time I am in Ao Nang 10/10

Was looking for somewhere open to get a PT one evening. These guys went above and beyond to accommodate even though it was passed their closing time. I even had the privilege of two trainers. They were attentive and knowledgable. Few rounds on the pads than two rounds technical sparring. 900 baht for the session. Would recommend training with them. All the best guys
