Stay away from them and do yourself a favour. Extremely rude and unprofessional owner/ manager who only communicates at the top of her voice.

Don't waste your time with them. We booked a shuttle to take us to the airport at 7: 00 AM. They arrived at 7: 30 AM. However a lot of people in the Van that were supposed to also be picked up at 7: 00 AM were picked up at 8: 00 AM instead.

Stay away from them. They are horrible. Prepare to lose all day if you doing something with this agency. Nothing promised was delivered. Everything was late, slow with so many stops and transfers that are not supposed to be part of the trip. Don't waste your time.

Terrible service save yourself the trouble! We booked a door to door transfer from Ao Nang to Koh Lanta and I cannot express how much stress this caused us. Firstly they failed to pick us up from our hotel and when I called asking where they were (1 hour late mind you) - the lady told me the van was too full so they left us and we had to wait for another 2 hours! Absolutely ridiculous. Finally we were picked up via taxi where we were dropped off at the pier with little instruction. The company then told us he could not drop us off at our organised location and it would be an extra cost. We were so frustrated and ended up paying the extra to secure our trip. We tried to resolve this by contacting Hussuna Tours but the lady hung up on us. We were left worried and stressed and would rather have paid a little more to save us all this trouble!

Horrible! I bought a ticket from this company Aonang to koh phangan for 550bath starting at 10am and arriving at 2.30pm be aware they lie to you I'm stuck in krabi town waiting 1 hour in the heat to wait another van and once here they told me I will arrive in koh phangan at 6pm (might be). Are 8 hours travel instead the 4.30 hours they promised and sold it! Be aware to lose 1 full day of holiday.
