Krabi Front Bay Resort

Short and sweet check-in. Since we had only booked for 1 night, we were immediately asked at reception where we were going afterwards and whether we had already booked a boat. Afterwards, the “Tourist Travel Center” located in the hotel lobby is immediately recommended. They're probably doing something together. I advise you to stay away from it, as we at least got the boat tickets cheaper by 400 baht per person (it's 12Go). For 1 night as a stopover but definitely suitable if you want to continue to Ko Phi Phi as the pier is a 7-10 minute walk away. Attention: The pier not far from the hotel only leaves for Ko Phi Phi.

Pool closed. No free shuttle to town. Both of these were advertised on the website. When we complained at length the pool became miraculously open and a shuttle appeared. So some improvement. Then in the evening a big school group arrived. Some were roomed on our corridor and predictably made a noise especially at 6.10am. Couldn't they have been placed in one of the other blocks and other guests all together in one block? No thought or consideration given to guests.

Perfect hotel, the staff was very professional. The pool was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. If you are a Muslim I would Highly recommend going there.

Pros: This hotel is out of the hustle and bustle which is nice. The rooms were reasonably clean. Air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly. Good value for money.
Cons: the shower curtain was mouldy and the bathroom had a terrible smell which infected the whole room. The pool water was very cloudy. The bed was very hard.
Overall I would stay again but reading about other places in Thailand this might not be too bad.

The room was spacious and well presented, love the bathtubs! The location is nice, next to the river.

We thought that the service could be improved. There was no taxi or shuttle in place (apparently they have one driver for the shuttle and he was on sick leave.), no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room.and no room service.it's strange because the way the hotel is presented it seems like at least a 4 stars.so please raise your service standard!

Decent hotel with basic facilities, a decent enough swimming pool. It's Muslim owned and provides halal breakfast in the morning, which was a great plus point for us. Our messenger exchanges with the hotel representative was very smooth and they were always quick to respond. The rooms are a bit dated but we found it clean & tidy during check-in.

A really nice pool with clean rooms. A little dated but still worth every penny. They even let atheists stay here. Lol. Really friendly staff and they even said happy birthday to me because someone saw it on my passport.

Realy nice rooms, nice pool, clean, but muslims hotel. No alkohol and strange people. We dont care safety here.

ใครที่มาเที่ยวกระบี่ แล้วอยากได้ความเงียบสงบ เป็นส่วนตัว ต้องที่นี่เลยค่ะ ขอบอกว่าส่วนตัวติดใจบรรยากาศและชอบมาก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ปากแม่น้ำกระบี่ จะเห็นปากอ่าวชัดเจน ฝั่งตรงข้ามโรงแรมเป็นร้านอาหารที่รสชาตอร่อยมากโดยเฉพาะแกงพริกปลาทราย

Nice laid back place with good views over the river estuary. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. One downside is that its a fair hike into town over a small hill and transport can be troublesome though the hotel does do a couple of complimentary runs into town during the day.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel, staff were very welcoming, although we thought the breakfast selection was very limited, had one rather disappointing steak meal on the first night, which was returned to the kitchen virtually untouched as the steak was tough and not cooked as requested, no comment was made by the staff and we were charged the full cost of the meal. Not exceptable! The following 3 evenings we dined elsewhere as we didn't feel we had been treated appropriately. Booked hotel purely for it's location and views over the river and sea, we were not disappointed.

Das Hotel ist ca 2 km außerhalb der Stadt und es gibt keinen Strandzugang. Das Personal war unfreundlich.
Wir wären froh das wir hier nur 2 Tage waren. Bei einem Besuch in Krabi sollte man die Hotels in Ao Nang vorziehen.

Service was impeccable. I checked in late and the receptionist at the counter was able to help me through check-in and next day reservations for transportation. Great English. Polite staff. The breakfast was a buffet that was halal food. The rooms were spotless clean, sheets were clean, and bathroom was clean. Towels were fresh. Lobby was chill and comfy. Internet was fast and reliable. I enjoyed my stay at the resort.

Clean hotel but mis leading information when purchasing through priceline. The hotel was supposed to offer a shuttle to the airport which it did not and there was no mention that this was a dry hotel that does not serve alcohol. The hotel was a little pricey and the location is great for Krabi town. However, if your looking for a hotel with more stuff to do I recommend staying in Ao Nang or Railay. The staff was very friendly but receives a 2 star for being miss leading.

Stay if you have to. Looks good but not that great from inside. Maybe because we stayed in off season. So we got an empty resort with good staff. Food at restaurant is not that great.

Good place to stay. Calm neighbourhood, humble staff. 2.5 kms from krabi town.

You'll struggle for food if you are vegetarian / vegan.

Rooms are pretty good.
