5 Were on the 4 Island Tour today. Generally a good organization. Booked the day before and everything still worked out. Pickup was on time and the driver spoke a little English. Before boarding, there were snacks and drinks for free. The groups were clearly distributed among the boats and we set off. At 12 o'clock there was a good meal and fresh fruit. There was free water on the boat the whole time. Snorkeling equipment is also free and the mouthpiece comes from a disinfected individual pack. You'll be back at 2: 30 p.m.
It's just a shame that the islands are very full of tourists and the visibility is rather limited when snorkeling.
Booked their Phi Phi Island Tour from Krabi through Klook for 19/04/2022. Absolute Mismanagement. Highly Disgusting and Pathetic Service. Delayed Departure by over an Hour. The Guide was Speaking Thai Language most of the Time. Foreigner's were absolutely clueless about the explanations and instructions.
The Lunch was equally Pathetic.
In one word, A BIG NO for this agency named Koh Phi Phi Tours from Krabi (Through Klook).

ผมไปเกาะห้องด้วยเรือสปรีทโบ๊ทของเกาะพีพี ทัวร์ การบริการ, การเอาใจใส่ดีมากครับ ขากลับเจอพายุฝน คลื่นสูงร่วม2เมตร หัวเรือลอยสูงและกระแทกน้ำหลายร้อยครั้ง เรือคุณภาพดีไม่เสียการทรงตัว เครื่องยนต์เสียงดีมีพลังสม่ำเสมอ กัปตันและลูกเรืออารมณ์ดีมีความชำนาญสูงครับ ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวไม่กังวล ขอชมเชยมากๆครับ คราวหน้าไปเที่ยวเกาะพีพี คงจะใช้บริการซ้ำครับ ไกด์เรือก็สุภาพและเอาใจใส่ครับ
ดีครับ บริการดี เรือดี ไกด์ดี มีคนมารับ-ส่ง (ทัวร์พีพีอาหารดีหลากหลาย ทัวร์ 4 เกาะเป็นข้าวในกล่อง) ติดอยู่อย่างหนึ่งทัวร์ที่ลงขายบางทริปในเว็บ แต่ถึงวันออกทริปกลับให้ไปจอยกับอีกบริษัทนึง ตรงนี้ไม่ชอบ น่าจะแจ้งหมายเหตุไว้ด้วยหากมีกรณีนี้ ว่าลูกค้าต้องการไหม
