Be sure to upgrade your bungalow to one with AC. The lower priced (fan only) bungalows are poorly built with gaps and holes, allowing various creatures inside. You're better off camping!

I have never seen anything like this before! They refused to give me the wi-fi password because I do not live in this hotel, although I order food from the restaurant of this hotel throughout the day. Just some kind of redneck, I don’t recommend the restaurant of this hotel because of the pigish attitude towards customers. The smallest cafe on the island will be happy to provide you with any services, as long as you constantly come to them and leave your money.

The Koh Jum Delight is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their peace and quiet. Very secluded and still beautiful. The staff is very friendly and nothing is missing. The reception also takes care of all bookings and special requests. Gladly again.

Rooms are nice, and the location is good. It seems a little overpriced, relative to the competition. The biggest stand-out is the missed opportunity. There's clearly no interest in serving good food, or providing an atmosphere. It could so easily have a beach bar (like its neighbour), make the food good, have a grill, etc, and make it somewhere people want to spend time. At present, you don't. You sleep, enjoy the beach, and go elsewhere for food. Scooters can be hired here, but they're more expensive than is locally available, so unless you need absolute convenience, you can get them elsewhere. Do a little more research before opting for this place

Went there only for lunch. Food is good, plates are big, prices rather high. Nice beachfront and pool.

EDIT: Second time we went, we got kicked out, since they claimed that they "never take da guests ".

The hotel is located almost the end of islands which lot of privacy there because not much hotel nearby. They provide free shuttle between hotel and pier. The room is cleaned and well equipped but the toilet ventilation is bad. Their water supply was not cleaned, a bit red, which is the only thing that not impressive during the stay.

Breakfast is acceptable. We did order some snack and soup and it was so good especially tomatoes soup.

Went there for a night but will definitely come back to this place.

If you like quiet, beach access, small pool for the kids, you will love this resort. Food is not that great, below what I have experienced in Thailand, but outside short walk of 10-15mins, there are some restaurants.
Recommended is Koh Jum Seafood, at the Mutu Pier, fish is 2x more what you would pay at nearer restaurants but well worth it.
Back to the resort, its kid friendly, its a beachfront property, very quiet, mostly European guests taking a break from their cold winter countries.
Mozzies and bugs are a certain, so get some mozzie repellent spray and resort does offer mozzie coils that u light up, that's very helpful.
Grocery store for small supplies, mozzie repellent, ointment for mozzie bites are available, just a 12min walk out, so not a problem.

Would I return? Yes! To stay more than the 5 days that I was here for.

Nice personal. But the bungalow with the fun was very bad. You pay for TV, internet but these were not avaílable. No batery in the TV remote. But it can be solved easily. The problems with toilet not. And we know how to use toilet in Thailand. Not first time here:) Next bad thing… No blanket on the bed and a big hole in the floor. You can injure here if you are not stuntman So iI miss the worldcup match had to run to the toilet in the restaurant in the middle of night and my girlfriend almost broked her leg in.the floor…. But they have a nice beach and pool. …. We asked them for refund and cancel the second night but they did not refund anything… They offer another bungalow…Thank you not interested we are leaving.

We found this place driving about. Sadly looks empty. This Orlando has really suffered through covid. Isn't getting the tourism it deserves. Would glady go back and book. The place is stunning. Right on the beach.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Always there to lend a hand. Food in the restaurant is probably the best of the island. Bungalows have good beds. The beach is literally on your doorstep. Overall, a magical experience for our family. Thank you!

This place makes dreams come true. During our stay in Thailand it was definitely the best place we've been. Everything was great for us and it was exactly we're looking for: nice and comfortable bungalow few steps from a white sandy beach, very quiet environment, the nicest staff you've ever meet - there's nothing else to add. Thank you so much for having us - we enjoyed it so much! If we'll come back to Thailand some day, we'll come visit you for sure.
