Small hotel well located in the city center 100 m from the market. Basic but comfortable rooms

Great friendly owner. Rooms are bit basic but good Aircon and location. Really good price so what more do you need. Owner also sorts tours and excursions and speaks good English.

Very cheap, very cheerful. We booked a room with air conditioning and our own bathroom - we got a closet of about 7 sq.m. With a window overlooking the stairs inside the hotel, someone is constantly walking along it. The bed is very comfortable and soft, but there is not enough light. The toilet is tiny, the sink is brought into the room, we couldn’t get hot water. There is no refrigerator. Couldn't get coffee this morning. The market nearby closes in the afternoon. We spent the night and left.

Room with own bathroom and air conditioner.has no windows! It's inside the building. Not enough light but noisy because of the stairs. Bed was comfy though.
Room is very small, with sink in the living space, not in the bathroom. No fridge. No chairs or table.
Water heater is broken.
No free soap or shampoo. No coffee in the morning.
Maharaja market closes about midday, surprisingly.
Krabi town is quite far from Ao Nang Beach, keep that in mind.

SCANDALOUS!
We stayed one night only arriving late at night. In the morning when we checked out, after checking our room, the woman at the reception accused us of having stolen bath towels. We explain to her that this is not the case and that we had 2 towels in our room and not 4 as she says, nevertheless she insists and "asks" us aggressively to search our bags to recover the towels. At first we don't accept, then she insists that if we have nothing to hide then she can search. We show him the bags, telling him that NO, we don't have the towels (we have ours too, so we wouldn't need them.). She then decides to empty our bags by putting our things ON THE GROUND! She realizes that we don't have them. Shocked, we ask her to put our things back in the bags since we have to take the plane, she puts everything in a ball by crushing the pages of our books! A total lack of respect and she doesn't even blame herself. She ends up telling us that we took the towels from the beach and that we left them there when we weren't even there!
In short, she doesn't give up and doesn't question herself by continuing to be unpleasant for a long time. Until the manager arrived and they finally realized it wasn't us who asked for extra towels. The manager apologized for the misunderstanding but the woman didn't care and didn't seem sorry at all. For someone who works at the reception level 0 of skills is reached. Be careful with your belongings if you go there, they are not reliable or benevolent people unfortunately.

Comfortable rooms, nice staff - very helpful.
Not sure about the location, I was there only one night and left in the morning.
They also have a travel agency which has good prices and they are open until 22!

Nice guesthouse with basic rooms. Cheapest in town. I stayed alone at a twin bed room with shared bathroom and was very comfy and spacious.
The couple who own the place is very nice and helpful and can arrange transportation to anywhere you're heading to.

I had a fantastic stay here on multiple occasions. As a low budget traveler this is the ideal place - you get your own room for less than 300 baht. Insane! But what was most important to me is how lovely and welcoming the manager and his wife are. They made me feel like family during my stay here. And even when I had to go the hospital after a head injury - the manager came to visit me, helped me sort out issues with the hospital and phoned my parents back in England to reassure them. Thanks so much - I wont forget you guys! <3

Good hostel, cheap prices and good location. No dormbed options but double room, quite and clean

Great location. Clean. Nice owner and really affordable. It's and older building but really clean. Since the price is so cheap, it attracts younger budget travelers. Someone was playing music really loud and singing or talking till like 2am and there some construction going on behind this building so I didn't get very good sleep. But if you want something cheap and clean and good location I
recommend this place. It's basic and affordable and clean and nice owner.

We stayed at 3rd floor room, it was super hot but the boss made a good deal for it and he lend us 2 fans. They are nice. Good location
