Jijie tour & travel

First of all: We all arrived at Krabi Airport from Koh Lanta just in time, but:

The driver showed up at my resort 30 minutes late. The bus was already well filled and of course everyone had more than one piece of luggage that corresponded to a maximum of 18 inches. This made it very crowded and delayed everything, so we ended up arriving just over an hour late.

The service that my resort offered was on time to the minute and I was relaxed when I saw the guests again at the airport. It was also 30 baht cheaper (350 instead of the 380 I paid).

Please enforce the luggage limit and the rule that everyone is only allowed to take one item with them, which they can place on their lap if necessary. As you write, whoever has more should buy a second ticket and not be too stingy and delay the departure of others who act accordingly.

In my opinion, if you book here, you should allow more time. Certainly nothing will change in the behavior of some people, so it's better to plan an extra hour plus the check-in time at the airport.
