Horizon Bungalow Restaurant and Bar

This is certainly one of the coolest places on the beach or on the island. The ambience in the evening with live music and a very good DJ is simply wonderful and the drinks and other mood-enhancing substances are also great.

Nice place. Very difficult to order and get the order right as the staff was very very loud all the time every time we visited the restaurant. Cozy otherwise.

Weird vibes from the bar staff, sat at the bar, they didnt ask if i wanted a drink, looked at me like i was crazy when i asked for one and continued to stare at me and talk about me to one another. Felt very uncomfortable. Others told me they have also got the same feeling there. We left after one drink, felt hostile. The bar man also was wearing super filthy clothes, which is odd seeing as he works at a bar/restaurant.

Went there for an event on Friday with live music and fire spinning. Excellent atmosphere and my friend/I had a wonderful time. Highly recommend

My favourite night in Thailand! The music is great, the guys here are lovely and so much fun! We had the best night dancing and chatting!

Coole live Musik, kleine Feuer Show, stuff echt sehr freundlich, sehr gemütliche standbar nur die Preise sind etwas hoch für die Cocktails im Vergleich zu den anderen Bars wo wir bis jetzt waren. Daher leider einen Stern Abzug. Kann man aber alles in allem nur empfehlen.

I recently stayed at Horizon Bungalows in Koh Lanta and had a mixed experience. The location of the bungalows is truly out of this world - they are situated right on the sand and offer incredible views of the ocean. The most memorable part of my stay was watching the incredible sunsets from my bungalow's porch. The colors were truly breathtaking and it was a magical experience.

However, while the location was incredible, the cleanliness of the bungalows left something to be desired. They were not as clean as I would have liked, and it was clear that they could use some extra attention and maintenance. A fresh coat of paint would have gone a long way in making the bungalows look more inviting.

The on-site restaurant, however, was a real highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The staff at the restaurant were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a great dining experience.

With that said, I would like to make a suggestion to the owner of Horizon Bungalows. Investing in a deep cleaning and some fresh paint for the bungalows could make all the difference in creating a more inviting and comfortable environment for guests. It would also go a long way in keeping the bungalows in good condition for future guests to enjoy.

Despite the maintenance issues, the restaurant and its staff were a real standout, and the overall experience was enjoyable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with a stunning location and unforgettable sunsets, as well as a great on-site restaurant, Horizon Bungalows could be a great choice - just be prepared for the need for some extra cleaning and maintenance.

Restaurant extra chill, comfy place. Lots of different places to sit, inside, hammock, outside on the beach, table, deck chair or directly on the sand.

Food was over cooked and did not taste good at all. It was very pricey if you compare to other restaurants nearby.

Great place for live music and DJs right on the beach with fire performers and fantastic staff every night. Great crew of locals and expats meet here and are very friendly. We had the best nights here during our stay on Lanta

Waren dort zum Frühstücken.
Das American breakfast kann man jedem ans Herz legen, der es gerne fleischig hat, inklusive würstchen und Schinken.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett.
Direkt am Strand gelegen, deshalb tolle Atmosphäre.

Gerne wieder.
