If you're reading this, you're probably sitting in a hot bus depot thinking to yourself.how did i get here! This place is a scam. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do but get ready for a few hours of hell. Don't pay them any more money. Call the original tour company you booked from to get the operator to do what you paid for. It's a shame the south of Thailand is just a tourist trap full of people that will smile at you while they try to scam you. Good luck

Nothing else to say but to ask the travellers to avoid this agency. Check with your booking agent / hotel if the company name is Hatyai. Absolute cheaters and rude people.

Do not book with this company!

They bring everyone here and you can get sun heat while waiting for your transfer.

The worst experience ever.
It’s the most disorganized.
After transfer from Railey beach
we’ve been waiting for a van in Au Nang Krabi (1in) and after we have been waiting at a hot bus stop for 2 hours.

Company charged us 100 bat if we want to get to our hotel in Koah Sok (center).

When I asked lady how come we have to wait so long, she just told me to shhh.
Super rude.
AC in van didn’t work and we have been put at a back for extra seats- super uncomfy. Dear are not safe. Seat belts are not working properly. I have beat my head with a handle few times, it’s was just near my seat.
Do not recommend.

Terrible company.
We booked a transfer from Krabi to Phuket. Pickup was at 10: 00-10: 30.10: 00 the bus picked us up and brought to a bus station where we spent 1.5 hours waiting for the SAME bus to take us to Phuket. The bus was very old and AC barely worked.

We first were brought to a meeting point where we had to wait 30 minutes. Then we had an addititional break just before the destination, which seems a bit excessive for a not too long drive. All in all a long journey for an 1.5 hour drive.

Also, if you are unlucky like us, you get the seats in the back with absolutely no leg space

We made it to Koh Lanta, but it was absolutely horrible experience… First we made a pick-up in Ao Nang in few hotels, then we were transfered to infamous bus station, where we waited for our bus to Koh Lanta. We went to the same bus (which in the meantime was trying to ran over one of the passengers as the driver forgot to put handbrake on!) and then the true horror began. Driver was speeding, passing other cars and motorbikes in very dangerous way, no matter if it was turn or straight road. Trust me: you don’t want anything to do with this company.

Avoid this Company by all costs! We booked a transfer from Krabi to Koa Soak national Park. We got picked up and drove to a waiting terminal. There a old lady told us, that our tickets does not includes our final destionions. So she charged us 300 Bath addionall. Since we not sure to feed an travel agent at our remote dsungel hotel, we also booked at this time a Transfer from Koa Soak to Ko Samui. Big mistake. It took 10 ours to the pier and we needed to wait 3 times like 1 to 2 ours for nothings. We changed the bus 3-4 times. Very old and overfilled bus. Unfriendly staff. Please avoid this Company. There are so machen better und more friendly companies out there.

Crowded MINIbus, weak air conditioning, rude staff, also drop off to your hotel not included despite they said it is, they will ask for more money for the transfer.

Horrible company. They are very rude with luggage, drive like maniacs and drop people outside the city of Krabi at their headquarters instead of the bus terminal of Krabi.

Rude and long. Rode with them from Khao Sok to Krabi town, yet when we arrived at the station, they said we had to pay an extra 50 baht per person to actually get to Krabi town. It was either that or a 1 hour walk in the blistering heat. On top of that, after we paid they said our ride would be in 10 minutes when it was actually an hour later. Avoid if possible.

The driver dropped us off at a roadside spot with no transportation options other than a taxi driver who charged each person 100 baht for 1km of racing.
