The stay at this place was very pleasant, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the beach and night markets. As a “disadvantage”, there is no hot water and the mattress is very hard.

Nice and cheap place to stay in ao Nang. Very satisfied with the clean and pretty rooms. But their service is not great. We tried several times to contact the hotel about our arrival time. But we got no answer at all. When we arrived we asked if we could check in earlier and they said it wasn't possible. So we sat in front of the hotel and waited for several hours to check in. And somehow we never saw anyone else check out. Also we got a big room with great view the first night but then they said it was a "bonus" thing so they moved us to a smaller room with windows facing their construction site. Really weird.

But apart from that unfortunate episode we actually had a nice stay. Delicious breakfast and close to a lot of restaurants.

Extremely friendly staff - that one thing means more than tiny inconveniences that we have came across. The room was very nice, cleaned every day. Bottled water was put to the fridge daily. There were some small ants occupaing our place with us but it did not make any difference to us.

Good budget hotel, spacious rooms, doesn't have a lift and little steep stairs - not recommended for people who are old or have leg problems

I liked the room but had a bad experience with an employee that ruined the experience on 04/25/19.

I checked in for one night and made it clear that I would extend my stay for one extra night. The next day after my day tour I'm surprised to hear a afternoon staff member yelling at me that I did not remind them again on the morning of my day tour. There was miscommunication between the employee from the other night and the current employee. But instead of approaching it with a professional demeanor trying to resolve the issue, she behaved rudely for no reason.

If your employees can't keep track then someone needs to figure out a better system.

7/10 hotel. Need renovation and elevator. Plus is huge rooms and friendly staff, help with any inquiries. You can get free beach towels, water everyday. Breakfast is selective main dish and side (fruits, sweets and bread), I would give 6/10. Staff is great and friendly 10/10. Room was clean, but AC is bit leaking. No balcony for regular room, but there is window where you can see fire ladder and balcony (weird!). Location is great, in center. Max 10min walk to all objects.

SCAM WARNING: Be very careful with your data at this hotel. One day after checkout I received scam phone calls on the number I only gave to the hotel. I guess that they sell the data they gather during checkin.

ACHTUNG: Es scheint als würde das Hotel die Daten, die man beim CheckIn angibt weitergeben. Am Tag nach dem CheckOut bekam ich Betrugsanrufe an die Nummer, die nur das Hotel kennen kann (da wir sonst eine andere angegeben haben).

The room is beautiful. The mini buffet breakfast was good. It just that they are undergoing renovation so you it feels like in Maze just to get out from the hotel or to get to your room. Lulz

A good slightly upmarket hotel in Aonang. Only stayed one night but staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was included. I remember the bed being very comfortable.

The room is clean and spacious. This my 2nd time staying at this hotel. They had expend the hotel compare to my last visit 3 years ago. There are some construction nearby, so it might be noise during daytime. There is no lift in this premises so try to request the front desk for the room on 1st floor if you travel with children or senior citizen. Overall we have pleasant stay during our trip to Krabi.

Good hotel, rude staff. The staff behavior was very rude when we didn't book the phi phi package with them, which we got in less than half the price they were offering.

Best hotel i got in Thailand. Excellent breakfest, close to the beach, good service and very cozy rooms.

On the plus side:
Very comfy bed and silky and massive bed sheets; the furniture is nice and the little details like flowers in the bathroom make it lovely; our window was to the ground - so much light and sunshine!
The girl who met us at reception was super nice and friendly!
They give you special blue towels to take to the beach - this is great.
Free bottled water and unlimited tea and coffee in the rooms.
It's close to a larger street with plenty of foods and restaurants and a market, and only a 15 minute walk from the beach.

On the minus side:
The AC was incredibly noise and inconsistent. The shower door didn't close, so there was water there all the time. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. Breakfast is limited and is not buffet style: you get unlimited toast and juice and drinks, but proper foods (read: virtually nothing but eggs) are portioned per person. Additionally, the hotel claim that breakfast is not included in the rate, but is a free compliment from them (? !), though we booked and paid for breakfast specifically.

We had a small problem with the key ring, it was the bird in the picture, it broke, and we had to pay 300 bahts. The receptionist told us "the key ring is original from China":).
Be careful.

It's a good hotel for a short stay, far away from Ao Nang beach but a lot of motorbike rental services near. Hotel is neat but no lift services

Pretty sketchy place. Stuff went missing from our room, obviously we can’t prove it was actually stolen by staff, but still. Use the safe provided for ANYTHING of value. The type of people that smile to your face and say something different behind your back. Having said that the location is good. Only use as last resort.
