Flip Flop Divers

We had a great experience (discover scuba diving). Already from the booking Ady gave us great vibes that this was going to be an amazing experience. It was not the first time we went diving but really appreciated how thorough they were with theory and preparations. Lien was super kind and she customised our dives to be more like a ‘fun dive’ and gave us freedom to explore without losing us out of sight. We felt very cared for <3.

Great diving school for beginners! All the teachers are nice and relaxed, you just immediately feel at home. The day trips to the sea are also very well organized and can only be recommended!:)

Did my Advanced Open Water here with the wonderful (and very experienced) Dom as my instructor. Can definitely say I feel like I’ve improved massively over just a couple of days. The dives were super relaxed and fun, breakfast and lunch on the boat were lovely and the dive sites were awesome (my first shipwreck + cave at Koh Haa 1). 10/10 would recommend!

Thanks to Ady and Dom the orga was super smooth and easy. Great boat, new equipment, small groups and an extremely dedicated, professional and friendly crew. This is by far the best dive shop I’ve ever been to. Ady the owner is professional, yet makes you feel like family the minute you walk in. The dive instructors and dive masters are super pro and safe, the groups are small, and the site selection is flexible. Flip flop is exactly what we needed on our holiday in koh Lanta. Everyone here is super kind, and really made me feel at home in their shop. Thank you so much Ady, Andy, and Mike! We loved diving with you!

I already had a very good impression by checking out the shop. Felt immediately welcome and the owner, Ady, took his time to give me a overview about how they dive, what is important to them, their dive sites and prices. They are highly professional: dive sites and water movements are very well known, saftey first, you dive in two-people groups, they give you the confidence and try to avoid big crowds underwater. It was a pleasure diving out from Flip Flop Divers. A huge thank you to the crew and hope to see you again!

Absolut großartiges Divecenter auf Koh Lanta. Ich hatte 2 sehr schöne, spannende und sehr relaxte Tauchtage mit Jess (many thanks to you again).
Sehr persönlich und familiär geführtes Center, kleine Gruppen von maximal 2 Tauchern pro Guide und eine absolut professionelle aber relaxte Atmosphäre machen das Tauchen zu einem absoluten Vergnügen für Anfänger und Profis.
Preis/Leistung passt absolut, ganz klare Empfehlung.

A great little dive shop! Owner, Ady is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and his team are warm, professional, and passionate about their work; many of them come back to DM or instruct there season after season. I have done a lot of fun diving with FlipFlop and recently completed a Rescue Diver course with them. A particular strength of this dive shop is the level of personalised tuition: group sizes on fun dives are small, typically 1 DM for two divers, and this makes a real difference to the quality of your experience whether you are fun diving or on a course. The shop is also a fun place to hang out for a 'deco beer' after a hard day's diving. Thoroughly recommended.

Thank you so much, it was great spending time with you! Ady is one of the cutest and nicest people I've met, we immediatelyfelt like family. Him and Andy took our insecurities about diving after a long time really seriously. We felt very safe and learned so much about all the fish. Andy also taught me some advanced techniques to become more secure and I was really happy, he showed me! Had a great time with the whole team, Chris and Jesse also are great divers, and really funny and interesting people and we even saw a whaleshark!

5 stars are underrated for the experience provided by flipflop. Had an awesome introduction to diving and got my Padi open water within 3 days (4 open water dives). We got amazing advice from the shop owner Ady and had the best instructor we could wish four. Classes are with a max of 2 divers so you get the attention you absolutely need during the dives! Could not recommend them enough and we will be back for more!

Extremely professional and fun to dive with! Ady was my dive master (also the dive shop owner) and he was wonderful and knowledgeable, the ratio of the my dive group was 2: 1 and the gears were well cared for. Definitely the top dive shop on my list.

Adi and the team are the best on the island, whether you’re doing a course or just diving for fun the team are the best.

You can chose your day and dive site and they tend to either be on a big boat (slower more relaxing) or speed boat (just ask which days, on the big boat you can elect to do 3 dives rather than 2 too). There are some epic dive sites around Lanta and having been there a few times I’ve now seen whale sharks, black tips, cuttle fish and plenty of other marine life.

This was one of the best diving center we have ever been to. Andy was not only our diving guide but he felt like a mentor who also explained a lot about the marine life. I was really impressed, they were very professional and qualified. Just make sure you don’t drink alcohol on the way to or in the national park as it is restricted in this area. Andy sang a song before every dive, made our time really fun. I will miss all the people of the diving center. We definitely recommend all of the dive spots (Koh Haa and Phi Phi). Some can meet a whale shark as well as puffer fish, box fish, turtles, stone fish, scorpion fish, lion fish, nudy branches and a lot more.

Great diving center. Probably the best we have ever been too. Everything has been organized for us. From pick up, gear, food, diving, drop off. Our diving instructor Andy was very knowledgeable and a great guide to explore the surrounding dive sites.
