Great food (asked for no sugar / msg because we read here that they put too much). Portions are good. The fish astonishingly delicious. Wished fried rice with crab meat had more crab even if it means double the price. Will definitely come back.

The Best Experience in Ao Nang. Great food, great concept, friendly waiters. We were there twice and would like to repeat.

It was easy to get to because it was close to the hotel, and the crab and shrimp dishes were delicious. There are so many people. I went a little after 6 o'clock, went in right away without waiting, and the food came out slowly. By the time we finished eating, there were a lot of people waiting outside. I think it would be a good idea to go before 6pm!

Incredible quality-price restaurant. Attention of 10! Recommended if you are in Ao Nang. Multitude of alternatives.

I had dinner twice while I was in Krabi for 3 days and 2 nights.everyone! Be sure to go, it especially suits Korean tastes!

The most terrible establishment, I strongly do not recommend visiting it. We were simply kicked out of there. And when we told them that they had terrible service and maintenance, they literally laughed and said get out of here. Of the three waiters with whom we interacted, all of them were simply disgustingly rude people who did not deserve to call themselves Thais. It's better to go to some other establishment if you don't want to ruin your mood. The woman in the photo yelled at us

Loved our experience here, amazing food, cheap aswell. Staff are so kind and added touches to the service are so nice. Highly recommend

The place is super familiar. The size of the dishes is abundant and the service was really kind. In fact, the cashew shrimps on rice were amazing. Unfortunately, they do not accept card, and it's cash only (other places at least charge you 3/5% more but give you the option).
Luckily there's an ATM in the main avenue (roughly 100 mts from the restaurant)

Bad Service! I stay in Aonang for many years, when my friends visit me in Aonang, I always bring them to go to Family Restaurant, this place always have bad bad service, but I still go there because they have good foods, and my friends happy about it. Most of the time I gave a lot of patience to them.

I just want to point out that one of the lady worker there really don't like Asian customers, bad face all the time, I think it is racism, of cos it is from my feeling, I guess who are suffering from bad asian customer a lot. I hope I am wrong.

I want to say that, not all asian customers is bad! Please do not do this to asian, lady, if you don't like your job, please quit your job.why you do your job like this?

We’ve been to Family a few times during our stay in Krabi as the food is is really good (especially the curries). We also love the vibe there, which is quite different from most of the Thai restaurants in town.

It’s nice food recommend to everybody, reasonably priced, came here for dinner for 3 days, no reason to go elsewhere. Recommend the tom yum soup with coconut milk the most!

Brilliant food and really friendly staff. Good restaurants can be hard to find in tourist areas, but this place is superb. Go for the local southern style dishes!

Food is ok, we waited more than an hour for simple dishes. Service is not the best, one waiter seemed somewhat on another planet. Not worth the hype.

Very good seafood restaurant. Big portions and fresh products. We took the fish with garlic and squids with curry powder, both delicious. The owner invited us to shots after the dinner.
It was crowded so it is better to go with enough time or go for late dinner after 21

Interesting experience. We ordered lobster for a special occasion and made a reservation. When we arrived there was no table. We were then shown the lobster which was great. However when we were seated it took an hour for the food to arrive. Considering what we were paying for this crustacean I was surprised by the lack of communication on time. Several times I was told 5 minutes but no food.

When the food arrived the sauce accompanying the lobster was outstanding. The greens were ok and the hotpot was hot water with seafood. The noodles were better.

Overall experience wasn’t great. Food was ok. Very busy. Service wasn’t great. I noticed several people asking about missing items or items that weren’t given.

Must try harder!

Fresh and tasty seafood were available here at a reasonable price. This place offered great ambiance. We enjoyed nice views and gentle breeze. All seafood dishes were perfectly cooked especially salted egg yolk squid. I had tried this menu from several restaurants, but this squid dish here was by far the best. I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended.
