Drive Car Rental Krabi Airport

First time customer. Competent friendly service, good car, positive experience from pick-up to drop-off and in between when I had a question about a function of the car. Will use them again.

Fast service, both in collection and return.
The car had barely 3000 km and was in perfect condition.

Car was super clean and new (less than 9k mileage). Wasn’t expecting such a nice and pristine Yaris 1.2 litre. Easy to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp even before I arrived. Will rent again for sure.

Have rented from Drive Car Rental at this location several times. Service has always been efficient and never had any problems with the cars. Communication was good and the local manager promptly replied to an email enquiring about a rental extension. Rates are competitive with off-airport rental companies, and pick-up and return is under cover so you don't get wet if you are arriving or leaving during the rainy months.

Rental process on the website was straightforward. Picked up from and dropped off a Honda City at Krabi airport. Car was new and in spotless condition, as shown on the website. Communication wih staff was seamless. Happy to recommend

Nice company easy to book, the car pickup and return no issues. Basic car but that what I asked for, was clean and had no issues. Only reason why not 5 stars was as I had a question about driving licenses which I sent by email and needed a follow up very minor yes, but will use again and recommend 4.5 stars.

Pick-up was easy as they had a signboard with my name, guided us to obtain a SIM card and advised on insurance. Only drawback was we were assigned a Nissan Sylphy instead of Toyota Altis.

This was a good experience. Someone met us at the arrival gate with a sign and immediately set us up to take the car. We returned to the Phuket Airport and the handoff went without a hitch. One thing to note at the Phuket Airport is that the return lot is not marked with a sign, so we asked the traffic officers at the Departure dropoff and they showed us where to go.

Very convenient and hassle-free pick up and drop off. Staff was at the airport arrival to greet us and the car provided was clean and comfortable. Drop off was done at the airport departure so no walking was required. Staff were professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend. Keep up the good work.
