Diver´s Inn Steak House

Great establishment. We were very glad that we found such a restaurant, and even next to our hotel (BlueSotel). We regret that we didn’t come earlier, but spent money and time in other not the best and most delicious establishments. Responsive and sweet staff will do everything to make you feel welcome. The food is beyond praise. And what necks? Just yum-yum! The best shakes in Ao Nang! Thank you very much, we are glad that we spent the last 3 dinners in such a good place. We will remember you with love from Russia!

Super great. Steaks to perfection. For citizens, the roll could be a size larger. Because the 300g burger has two on top of each other. Hard to eat otherwise. Service is absolutely top notch. There's even a trainee. Great restaurant.

Good Scandinavian steak restaurant about 300 metres from the beach in Ao Nang. Big menu, good steaks, really nice staff. If you’re not a steak eater, heaps of other choices on the menu. I has the pork cordon bleu. Big serving, well cooked & delicious

Decent food for a good price. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. We are the chicken breast with mushroom and the Wiener schnitzel, they were both fine!

Good place to stop for craft beers an extensive list of beers and coolers.
Good service but only took cash when visited. I have been subsequently informed that the credit card system is fraught, so cash is always best, thus no disappointment

Perfect place to eat, excellent steaks and schnitzels! You can see that the owner runs the place with passion and in the best way he can - and the result is wonderful!

I love this restaurant! The lava cake is to die for! I went here 4 days in a row whilst staying in Ao nang. I cannot eat gluten as a coeliac, finding safe gluten free places can be hard and this restaurant made us feel extremely safe to eat here. The owner hand makes many of the dishes with rice flour to ensure the dishes are completely gluten free if claiming to be and is very aware of allergen safety. They give you a gluten free information sheet with your menu too.
The food is also very tasty! The staff are lovely. The owners both came to chat with us and we even got the lava cake recipe to make at home. Gluten free or not you need to come to this restaurant if you’re visiting Ao Nang!

Food good, service really good. Wide variety of craft beers and food. Their shots of liquor were way overpriced though and only 2cl. That is like 2 sips. Even accounting for profit and Thai import fees, at least do 4cl at those prices.

We went there for a dinner and after reading reviews were super excited. We had bottle of wine, burger and meatballs. And unfortunately was super disappointed. We have been in a lot of places over Thailand and tried food different restaurants, and We can confirm that burger was just a tourist scam. Compare to what we’ve tried before, it was just a joke. Prices don’t worth the quality at all.
P. S.if you want to try real burger in Krabi province - go to Lanta and tried the best craft burger which definitely worth the price and you will understand why we were disappointed.

It really is as good as everyyyoneeee is always saying! The passionfruit mojito is tart and amazing. The blueberry daiquiri just tasted like lime but not surprising as blueberry isn’t a strong flavor and I think they used natural. I got the white fish with lemon ginger sauce and a mound of mashed potatoes. My partner got a huge chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce and a baked potato. Spring for the sour cream and bacon with green onions, it was the best baked potato ever.
Both dishes came with free all you can eat salad bar that had anything you could want on a salad. The scallop appetizer was just okay. Very frozen texture and taste but great garlicy sauce so they did their best. We are coming back to try more things and try all the desserts.

We ate 2 European dishes and 1 local Thai dish plus starters and dessert. The food was very tasty and well served. The owner and the staff was very friendly and professional. The prices of the food and beverages are totally fair. Clear recommendation!

Great food, friendly staff and I enjoyed the ambiance. Came here multiple times on our trip. So many options to choose from. The steaks and chicken are top notch and I love how big the side salad is. I appreciate that you can pay by card as well.

The food and atmosphere was great! The waitresses were all very nice and helpful. The chocolate lava cake was absolutely delicious!

Had the tenderloin, and my family tried the "grilled fish". The tenderloin itself was lacking in flavor and was basically raw in the center (ordered medium rare). It came with mashed potatoes that tasted like pure butter. Didn't send it back as I saw no point in it. The "grilled" fish tasted broiled instead, with weak tasting sauces. Only plus is free flow salad bar with decent potato salad, the garlic bread as a starter was good as well.

Edit: I'm not sure how this place has this many 5 star reviews tbh. Jenna's across the street is more deserving of your money. Don't fall for all the 5 star reviews like me! Divers inn also charges 3% surcharge for paying by credit card.

Another thing I'll like to add is that the owner is clearly passionate about his restaurant, looking at all his replies to negative reviews. What I would suggest is to channel that passion to making the food better. I admire restaurant owners who care about their product enough to scoure through and reply to reviews online, but the food here is truly not deserving of such high ratings. Lower your expectations if you are visiting the place, and maybe you'll have a better time.

This restaurant specializes in streaks and German cuisine. They also have an extensive list of German beers.

The quality and taste of the food is excellent. The food is fresh, cooked to order, served hot, and with good presentation. The salad bar is small, but has a good selection. My wife is a vegetarian and enjoyed the salad bar. Most dishes include the salad bar as well.

The restaurant is not air conditioned, and is very clean. The owner is very gracious and tries to make sure that everyone enjoys their meal. It was a great break from all of the sweet dishes we've been eating. We ate here for lunch.

Update:

Went back this time to have dinner. Again, food and service was excellent! The restaurant was packed.

They open up the 2nd floor at night. The 2nd floor is more quiet and romantic. It was tastefully decorated, and they play soft music in the background. The owner worked hard to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal, and was glad to see us again.

Thailand (Krabi in particular) is home to some the most incredible food on the planet, but you won’t find any of it here unfortunately. Nice owner though.

Excellent lava cake and vanilla icecream! Loved everybite! And the manager/owner is a very kind man!
