Very nice service, the rooms are spacious and nice. It is clean and pleasant. The location is not the best, but the hotel has scooters at a good price. I recommend

10/15 minutes from the city center on foot. Spacious room with bathroom acceptable for daily use. Pleasant and welcoming staff. Comfortable swimming pool. Delicious breakfast.

Super hotel for pretty good money. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a swimming pool, laundry service and they rent a scooter for 200b. The room was clean and we were satisfied with our stay. The pool could be cleaner

For those working remotely,
1) internet here SUCKS. I kept getting disconnected that I just decided to use my data, much reliable than the wifi.
2) poor lighting. There's no lamp AND even if I already borrowed a lamp from the front desk, it was so small, pretty useless.

In a very quiet area. Used as a one night stop while touring the islands, large spacious rooms with a huge bed staff were polite breakfast were ok, aircon could of worked better

In terms of price and quality this has been my best experience in Thailand.

Beautiful and quiet little hotel in the Lana Thai style located near Thara Park. You can have a nice stroll along the river to get to the center of the city. The room is spacious and the swimming pool is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Very clean and nice room with a great princess bed. Also during covid nothing to claim.
Close to the pier, the staff helped us to find out when the next ferry to phi phi leaves.

We stayed one night at this hotel to catch the early boat to Phi Phi, and it is charming with nice clean rooms, the whole hotel decorated in Thai style with lovely wood that gives it character. And the breakfast was basic but perfect- western food (eggs, bacon, toast) as well as some Thai dishes (chicken & rice soup, rice & pandan in banana leaf, etc). And the ladies of the staff are lovely, always smiling and trying to speak English to us which we appreciate.

ไปถึงที่พักก็เย็นมากแล้ว ที่พักค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว หรือ ย่านการค้า เนื่องจากเดินทางไปกับรถโดยสารไม่มีรถส่วนตัวก็จะลำบากในการเดินทางเล็กน้อย ใช้เวลา23-30นาทีในการเดินไปยังถนนคนเดินเมืองกระบี่ ก็ยังเดินได้ค่ะ อากาศกำลังดีไม่เหนื่อยมาก ใช้เวลาเข้าเช็คอินน้อย พนักงานสุภาพและน่ารักดีค่ะ อาหารเช้าอาจจะน้อยไปหน่อยแต่อร่อยดีค่ะ

We had a great stay at the Dee Andaman hotel but unfortunately it ended less nice.

We enjoyed our stay and book 3 days before leaving to Koh PhiPhi.

Unfortunately the day before leaving Krabi to Koh PhiPhi we requested the reception to help us figure out where our boat would departure from. Since the booking ticket showed an address in Thai. She told us she knows and we booked a taxi to go to the pier for departure to Koh PhiHi. We payed the driver 500 Baht but he did not manage to drop us off at the right place twice. The third time was the correct place but because he dropped us off at the wrong place two times. We missed our boat and had to wait till 16: 30 and buy new tickets again!

Since the driver was unable to bring us on time to the correct place. We held your hotel and driver accountable for the damage done. But there was no response whatsoever from Dee Andaman. Hence we decided to leave a poor review.

We hope you understand the damage (+/- 1500 baht) that was done from your reception and driver's un-knowledge.

-old towels
-very hard and uncomfortable bed
-staff didn‘t bring another mattress although we asked for it and the answer was yes
-noisy air condition
-the hotel itself looks nice but it seems to have had better days, it‘s not modern and extremely in need of renovation
-most of the staff doesn‘t seem to be very motivated
-english is still a problem
-very expensive tours, you can get better prices if you look outside

So there are surely worse hotels in thailand but this one isn‘t worth the stars and money.
