They speak very very good English and confirmed everything promptly.
I landed in Krabi, and as promised, the driver was waiting for me, I did not have to wait around.
Driver was very nice, helped me with my bag, drove at a normal speed and sensibly.
Arrived at my hotel, paid the agreed price plus tip, and booked the same company for my trip back to the airport.
Again, the driver was waiting for me 15 minutes before the agreed time, and same safe journey.
