3 Stayed here with my family, total of 8 adults and 1 child. Booked via Airbnb The rooms are big and spacious. The beds are firm, it is not my preference but totally okay.
Pool is super nice when it us hot, the water is colder than the ocean which is kinda crazy.
The minus the street just outside is not too busy but it is not totally quiet during the day.
You are super close to 7 eleven and the main street for all your needs. The owner has a travel business just two houses up so they are close if you need to book any experiences. We got help to arrange transportation to Donsak and around Krabi.
There is a maid service everyday.
Minus one star for general maintenance needs. The house need some overall maintenance and fresh paint some spots. These are not any big issues but small things such as the shower holder is broken, refrigerator door handle is dirty. Dead Flies inside outdoor lamp.
Other than this the house has all the amenities and is clean and comfortable. Great to have nice sunbeds with soft pillows. The outdoor shower is great to have even though the shower head is broken and water just falls down.
The pool filter is a bit noisy but you can turn it of to relax and enjoy the sound of wind in the trees. The house has a wall around so you have good privacy. It is not too tall so you it is open.
The air conditioner is good and does the job well. This is very important for most tourists like us. Every bedroom has AC and there is even AC in the living room upstairs.
There is one parking spot inside the fence for a car or plenty for bikes.
There is a mosque close so you will hear the call for prayer every day at the times the do that. I don't keep time but I hear it now at 12.30 and heard it in the early morning also. Not really anything to do about it. The sound carries well so you might be woken up by it. This however affects you regardless where in Ao Nang you are.
Haven't stayed there but I walked past and saw a naked girl in the front room.
Nice place to live, every day been cleaned, we also get bottled water for free, it is very nice, when outside is sauna) spend great time here.
