Bluesotel Aonang Krabi

A nice hotel in a central location in the center of Ao Nang. The pool area is a bit small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a suite with access to the pool. We imagined that everything would be extra clean and functioning but instead the room was dirty, there were stains on the sofa and on the armchairs outside of the pool. The windows were also dirty and behind a chair we found a huge amount of dirt (as if it was weeks that it was not cleaned). The shower was not functioning properly as every time we used it it flooded the bathroom. Also the sink did not have a proper water jet and one would always get all wet when using it. Having paid for a suite in a 4+ hotel this is not acceptable. The only real positive note is the staff who are really nice and polite which we really appreciated.

ห้อง 2112 เหม็นบุหรี่แจ้ง หน้าฟร้อน เขาได้เขามาดูห้อง นำเครื่องมาใช้เวลาค่อยข้างนานแต่ยังมีกลิ่น จนเวลาประมาณ 17: 30 น ออกไปข้างนอก เพราะเขาเอา โอนโซนมาอบให้ห้องให้ เรื่องจากกลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก กลับเข้าโรงแรมมา ตอน 20: 30น แต่ว่ายังไม่ได้เข้าห้อง เนื่องจาก ปล่อยให้ห้องได้โอโซนต่อไป จนถึงเวลา22: 00น ได้กลับเข้าห้องไป แล้วไปถอดปลั๊ก โอโซน ก็ทำให้ในห้องมี กลิ่นบุหรี่แรงเหมือนเดิม แอร์ ที่นอน หมอน เสื้อผ้าเราที่อยู่ในห้องมีกลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก

โทรไปแจ้งว่าเรานอนไม่ได้จริงที่พยายามทำกันมาตั้งแต่บ่าย ก็ไม่สารถช่วยอะไรได้เลย หน้าฟร้อน บอกว่าห้องเต็ม เราเข้าใจนะแต่ว่าเราแจ้งตั้งแต่เย็นก็บังพยายามที่ตะให้เราอยู่ห้องเดิม สุดท้ายคือเราไม่สารถอยู่ห้องนี้ได้เลย เพราะลูกอายุ 5 ขวบบอกว่าเหม็นมาก หายใจไม่ได้เลย เลยขอให้แม่บ้าน มาทำเตียงห้อง 2102 เพื่อย้ายมานอนกับห้องของครอบครัว เพื่อที่ว่าจะได้ให้ลูกได้นอน อัดกันในห้อง 4 คน ส่วนสามีคือไม่ได้นอน เพราะต้องอยู่ในห้องนั้น แต้ไม่สามารถนอนได้ ทั้งเปิดประตูหน้าต่าง กลิ่นก็ไม่หมดไป

คำแนะนำ ถ้าห้องที่ไม่พร้อมควรที่จะไม่ขายนะคะ เพราะมันทำให้วันหยุดที่เราวางแผนมาหายไปกับคืนนี้ไปเลย เพราะรุ่งเช้า เราต้องรอเปลี่ยนห้อง ซึ่งได้ย้ายห้องประมาณ 10: 30น ถึงจะเริ่มได้นอนพักผ่อน

พนักงานเป็นกันเองยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส่ ดีมากคะ เข้ามาสอบถามพูดคุยเรื่องอาหารตลอดถึงการบริการที่เอาใจใส่ลูกค้า ขอบคุณน้องพลอย ที่มาถ่ายรูปให้ครอบครัวเราคะ

ที่จอดรถน้อย แต่พนักงานบริการได้อย่างดีเยี่ยมดูแลเอาใจใส่ตลอด ทำให้รู้สึกว่าไม่ได้ลำบากอะไรกันที่จอดรถ

ขอบคุณที่คอยมาช่วย ปูที่นอนให้ หลายรอบ รวมทั้งพยายามที่จะทำห้องให้เราในช่วงเวลากลางดึก ที่ต้องย้ายมานอนกับครอบครัว

โรงแรมอยู่ทำเลที่ดี พนักงานบริการทุกภาคส่วนดีแต่ขาดเรื่องของห้องพักซึ่งจะต้องดูแลเอาใจใส่ให้มากกว่านี้ คำแนะนำนี้เพื่อช่วยให้โรงแรมพัฒนาขึ้นนะคะ เราจะได้แนะนำเพื่อนและกลับมาใช้บริการอีก

It used to be a nice hotel 5 years ago. I was a fan of living there. Today, the furniture in the rooms has become old, and unfortunately there has been no update, and the comment date is 9/27/2023
I moved to the Holiday Inn Resort hotel, which is located directly opposite it.

ได้มีโอกาสมาพักที่นี่ เป็นโรงแรมที่สวยงาม โลเคชั่นดี มีสถานที่อำนวยความสะดวกเยอะ เซเว่น ร้านอาหาร และใกล้ชายหาด บริการของพี่ๆพนักงานน่ารัก พี่ดาด้า พี่เอ้ ดูแลบริการดีมากค่ะ พี่ซาน พี่บิว พี่ๆพนักงานดูแลดีค่ะ ยิ้มแย้มแจ้มใส ชอบห้องพักค่ะ มีอ่างอาบน้ำ ฝักบัวรั่วนิดหน่อย แต่โดยรวมดีค่ะ ชอบบาร์ใกล้สระว่ายน้ำ อาหารอร่อย ที่พักสวย มีโอกาสอยากกลับมาอีกค่ะ

โรงแรมน่ารักมาก ห้องสะอาด อาหารอร่อยมาก พี่ๆพนักงานที่นี่ก็น่ารักมาก ถ้ามีโอกาศจะมาพักที่นี่อีก

This hotel sucks big time! We have booked for 4 nights, but will check out as soon this first night is over. The time is now 01.00 and we can't sleep becourse it's so noisy from other rooms. It actually sounds like people are in our room. When we arrived there was no toilet paper and there was a towel on the floor and it was not very clean. I had to ask twice for toilet paper. We came here at 14.00 o clock and we got our toilet paper 23.30. It's so noisy you have got to be dead drunk to get some sleep. It looks ok, bed is ok and its pretty new, but what does that help when its so thin walls you can actually hear what people talks about and the noise from people passing by the door is LOUD! Never again!

Overall was not bad.but I was very very unhappy with first impression at reception. That's because I was sitting on sofa in lobby for 2hrs even though I was so tired due to long trip to Krabi.during check-in I asked them for early check-in so they promised I could get into my room within one and half hours but I should wait there over 30mins.as well as my room no.was changed for unknown reason.her excuse was that replaced one has better view.anyway the first impression was a fly in the ointment.

Location is great.
Brakefast has a very limited variety.
Staff is nice.
I am giving only 2 starts since we had 2 days in a row a problem with our key card and door.
We closed the door in the morning when we left, only to find out when we got back that the room was OPEN and the key card did not work!
First day it happend they said the "battery" in the door is dead.
Second day we checked the door was locked, once we got back, the door wad open, luckily nothing was stolen.
Finally they moved us to another room which the door worked OK.

I only came in for a meal and after receiving the best customer service I have experienced thus far I decided to book a room within Bluesotel.

The food in this restaurant is great there are no animals walking around the establishment (most of my other food based experiences seem to involve cats or random birds flying in). This restaurant is a must visit if you simply wish to eat a nice healthy Thai meal. Excellent location and well worth the visit. Excellent onsite facilities!

Update: after being the hotel for 3 days the food and the waiter service is really good. However, i do have a few gripes. For me it is the fitness centre.

Why do the hotel turn of the airconditioning in the fitness centre. The temperature outside is 31° so why would i want to train in a fitness centre which potentially is at 33°? Either keep the fitness centre air-conditioning on or remove the air con unit and save the money which you so obviously do not wish to spend on the air con. My other annoyance is the lack of weight training equipment in the gym. Why not add a multi gym machine then an individual can train their chest, legs, arms, back, shoulders. Granted the bench can do all of this however if i am in the gym and another individual wishes to use the weights we sre both stuck. This is not really s fitness centre, but more of a very small training room with no air conditioning.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are so comfortable. The design is nice and I felt so good here. The bathroom is also very nice and big enough.
The breakfast was also good. The price was ok and I would stay again.
To the beach max 10 minute slowly walking when too hot. The hotel was 3 months new as we stayed there.
Ao nang is a good place to stay if you want to explore around. There are a lot of cheap restaurants. I recommend "Cheap, cheap restaurant" they have delicious food.

We stayed 3 nights in Bluesotel Krabi. Although we checked in at 6pm, our room was not ready and had to wait for 15 minutes. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful, the hotel design is modern and chic. We especially love the room design and interior. Bed was super comfy, wide screen TV with lots of channels to watch. They even have bathrobes and very nice bedroom slippers (not the cheap, paper-easily-torn slippers hotels usually provide) in the room. There is shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Our room was deluxe with pool view. We love how we can take a dip anytime we want.

Location wise, it's the centre of everything. You can easily walk to the beach, there are a lot of eating places nearby, a 7E right next to the hotel and a grocery store (Mother Marche).

Bluesotel is worth every penny and I highly recommend Bluesotel Krabi

2 stars for one reason.they will only give us one key card for the room and that makes things very complicated for the 2 of us.we split up and do different things during the day, and have to return to the room at various times.when she needs to get in and I have the key, she has to track me down first.and vice verse when she has keys.this is really unusual, annoying, and complicating during a vacation that is supposed to be low level stress.absolutely ridiculous.

If you are looking for a hotel with good fitness equipment this is not the place for you.gym room very small, limited. I think they may have salvaged the tread mills out of a dumpster.run down, rusty, and most do not work.

Staff very friendly.atmosphere clean and comfy.

There are adequate amenities at the hotel, including gym, swimming pool, restaurants, massage parlour and a mini bar. It is situated near Aonang beach and it beats staying at krabi town. The room looks modern as of August '18 with decent service expected of the price. It is quite packed (not overcrowded) with tourist of many nationalities and definitely worth the stay. Along the streets there are many other eateries and restaurants to choose from. If you want to travel out of the area, you can book a shuttle to krabi town and day tours to nearby islands (remember to check out a few stalls to compare prices).
