Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel Krabi Town

If you are staying in Krabi Town, I highly recommend this place.
For the price, I was quite satisfied with the design of the entrance and the clean condition of the interior of the accommodation.

Close to 7-Eleven, in front of the night market, not noisy location

Wonderful, modern, clean hotel. Great location, a night market + 7-eleven right in front of the hotel.
You can wash and dry your clothes. The pool is very nice but cold
The employees were always very friendly and helpful.:)
Has a small training room.
The hotel is brand new. I really liked the small bathroom.

Perfektes schönes und modernes Hotel. Direkt an einem Markt. Alles soweit perfekt.

Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Filter Kaffee statt instand Kaffee. Übersichtskarte mit Infos für Touristen.

Nous avons passés deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Je rêve encore de leurs matelas et oreiller si confort! L’hôtel est neuf, belle piscine et bon emplacement

it’s clean, modern and has the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in Thailand (part from 5 star hotels). Excellent location by the night market.

This hotel needs to try harder. When we arrived at 15: 30 we were promptly told that our room was not ready yet. Check in starts at 14: 00. These things can happen and the frustration can often be mitigated by offering a bottle of water while waiting. No such service was offered. The girl operating the front desk was the epitome of non-service staring blankly into a computer screen while uttering a very vague "sorry". When entering our 6th floor room it became apparent that cleaning is not their speciality. Hair in the bathtub and various grease stains on hard surfaces. Breakfast was minimalistic at best. Something like a military breakfast ration perhaps. The instant coffee is served in disposable paper cups. I asked for a proper coffee cup and the breakfast lady just looked at me weirdly and pointed to the stack of small paper cups. We ended up having breakfast at a nearby cafe. At check out the front desk girl told us - via Google translate - that a hand towel had gone missing from our room and would we please sign a document stating that we are liable for the loss. As we did not remove any towels we ofcourse refused to sign the document. When we came back one afternoon around 15: 00 maid service had not cleaned our room (!) and I had to find a staff member to exchange towels. This is probably where the mix up happened. I would strongly recommend looking at other options in Krabi Town.

ที่พักสวยห้องสะอาด เตียงและหมอนนุ่มมากค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับพี่ก้อยดูแลและให้บริการดีมากค่ะ โรงแรมใกล้ตลาดหาของกินง่ายมาก ประทับใจโรงแรมที่นี้สุดๆ มีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Our stay at Blu Monkey Hub and hotel was amazing. I couldn’t recommend it more. The price, service and decor are amazing. To top it off, there is a French press in the room! Koy made our stay extra comfortable, she went above and beyond. If you’re looking at this hotel, book it!

หมอนกับเตียงนุ่มมากกก ใกล้กับแหล่งอาหาร หาที่จอดรถยากนิดนึง แต่มีที่จอดรถสาธารณะเยอะ ถ้าจะหาโรงแรมใจกลางเมืองพัก แนะนำที่นี่เลย

There are ao many restaurants near the hotel. Hotel is good concept and design. Good Service. Recommend who need eating local food was very good
