Baan Mook Taley

House is amazing, enough space for a 6 person group as well as a unique scenery in krabi. The beach is right outside the yard and even though there are lots of mosquitoes between 5 and 7 pm you just need to keep the doors closed and go swimming before or after those times. Pookie who manages the house is lovely and helps you whenever she can. Definitely would recommend if you looking for a more alternative accommodation than just a resort in ao nang.

What an amazing house! The area is great if you want peace, quiet and an spectacular view. There is a swimming pool in the backyard and better yet, when you exit the yard you're already at the beach. When the tide is low you can walk all the way to the nearby islands. The house is big with nice furniture and has three large rooms, each with a full bathroom. The kitchen and living room have all that you could ever need. The house is a bit far from more touristy places like Ao Nang, but that is a small price to pay to be in such a beautiful and relaxing area. Definitely plan to rent a scooter or car though. Lastly, because of the location the wifi is a bit slow. This wasn't a problem for us, as we were usually out sightseeing.

If you want to stay in paradise. Baan Mook Talay is the place to go. It sits on nicely secluded part of Ao Nang and you walk from the garden straight onto the beach. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The master bedroom at the back of the villa has an amazing view of the sea and islands. The pool is a great way to cool down a bit when it becomes to hot and to play in it with small children. The host, Pookie, is very friendly and she can help you arrange all sorts of activities. Here cookings skills are awesome, she can cook some of the best Thai dishes. Definitely worth a try.
